Met a great team, Yula and Cole, at Jiffy Lube on US 29 and Greenbrier, Charlottesville, VA. Personable, approachable, communicative and a delight to work with.

I had an issue I noticed while driving home from work with my Honda accord. I stop by the jiffy lube to have it checked. Immediately when I got there I was greeted with a warm welcome and helped out. Wes, Cole, and Hunter did an amazing job getting me fixed right up and on my way. I would highly recommend going there and will be back soon to get my next oil change. Can’t thank them enough for the great job!

Wes was awesome! and very helpful! Yall are very lucky to have him, he explained what I needed to get done as time goes on. I’ve previously had some trouble at another location (They snapped one of the rods in my Rx8 while changing my spark plugs and coils and it caused my car to shut off after driving off not long after, later realized one of the rods on the grounding plate for the coils/sparkplugs was snapped therefore the spark plug and coil wasn’t making the connection) which made me wary for awhile until Wes suggested I give it another go at his location and I will definitely be back to this location from now on! Thank you so much!

Oh my goodness... they get my highest rating, first of all, for customer service!! I drove in and parked. I didn't even have my door open, when Christina met me and said "Hi". After she told me to pull up to an open "bay" I was then greeted by Euna (sp?). She replaced my headlight and added some snap-in clips, all for FREE!! Second of all, for them to do all without charging me for the things they did was a HUGE unexpected bonus!! I WILL be back!! They surely deserve my business and loyalty!!

We could not have had a better experience here. Store manager Wes and his team went above and beyond to make sure my son and I could drive home safely. I feel incredibly grateful for their hard work and resourcefulness.

I really liked it when I came to your site and they gave me a 10% discount on my oil change. I asked them to put air in my tires if possible and they said yes, but apparently the technicians didn't listen and didn't do it.

I've been a customer of this location for over 20 years as part of a fleet account. I'm always in and out pretty quick. I've never had a bad experience.

Very clean and well maintained. I said up front that i dident need anything but an oil change, and they didn't try to upsell me. Very satisfied.

Great job there. True professionals. I used to take my car to Valvoline on days when I didn't want to have to wait in a lobby, but at this location they allow you to remain in your car during the servicing, which is a big deal for people who don't want to have to take small children out of the car. Thanks guys.

I hear bad things about jiffy lube all the time. I can’t speak for the other ones but this one I can definitely speak for and can’t complain about, this one is the best. They never do me wrong, never give me a hard time, always get my vehicle straight. I wanna give a HUGE thank you to Wes and his employees. They’re ALWAYS nice, kind, polite every time I go there

This was by far the best experience I've ever had when getting my car serviced! The entire team (chastidee, terry, christinia and Jeremie) was incredibly friendly, honest and quick! Really great team here, I can’t recommend this jiffy lube enough!

I came today to do my oil change, I don’t know really anything about that, and they provide me with really good info about my car, wish kind the oil I need, tips for maintenance my car in good condition, the manager and staff are really nice, the store it’s clean and always have fresh coffee and tv for the waiting, I absolutely recommend this place to the people and I came back in the future good location and prices !!
