great service shout out to dre he was amazing

Let me begin by saying I have nothing against Jiffy Lube, but I change my own oil so I have never found myself needing to go to one. Today I went to see if they could do a pre-purchase inspection and the service I received was nothing short of extraordinary !! DRE In the front and José in the bay along with their crew Took care of me and came to greet me from the time I drove up to the time I walked out. They even opened my car door for me!! ?? To me that means a lot. Every single staff member was professional, personable, polite, and honest. I really feel they went the extra mile to help me, and I particularly mostly appreciated how I was treated- I don’t know that I’ve been treated with this much courtesy, respect, And just good service before… any car place!! THANKS TEAM! Keep up the good work. 5+ stars highly recommend

Staff was courteous facility was spotless. I was impressed by their knowledge on the negative side. I was discouraged when Jiffy Lube doesn’t do lubes anymore.

Just had a great experience at the Jiffylube #3849 in South Riding, VA. I arrived for a quick oil change right at the time of closing. Thankfully, Eduardo D. took me in, and his crew took care of the oil change quickly and without issue. Im very appreciative they allowed me for service so late in the day and practically at closing time. Thanks team! Eduardo is a great asset to the Company and always friendly.

Came in for Oil Change. Walked out happy customer because had they not changed my battery, my car would have died during the snow storm. I knew my battery needed to be changed, they noticed it, tested and confirmed, let me know with no pressure. Very upfront with prices. The same battery was much cheaper outside but I don’t know how to change a battery and I would be paying the same amount elsewhere. Overall, very satisfied with their service. For people complaining they over charge you, do it yourself.

Very nice & professional, my car has almost run out oil life he did change around 35-40 minutes oil change engine flushed I am very impressed.
