Fast, efficient and polite. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Have used the Chantilly location several times. They should partner with the car wash next door for discounts.

service was fast, efficient, and friendly! all the guys working were really honest and tried to give me the best deal possible. as someone who doesn't know much about cars, I felt safe and taken care of in this location. I will say they convinced me into overpriced wipers ?? but you have to respect the hussle.

Took my vehicle right away and were very thorough in explaining what they found that needed work. Very helpful and courteous.

I stopped here to fix a loose splash guard on a Sunday when most other car shops were closed. When I was waiting, I got good vibes from workers specially Mike and enquired about other services/prices. The prices sounded reasonable and I got transmission service and engine leak also fixed. I found people working here honest and professional. I’ll be definitely bringing my car here going forward.

Say what you want - Jiffy Lube is fast and efficient! Never had a problem with them. Staff is polite and friendly and, unlike years ago, they no longer try to sell you services that you don’t need. Give it a try.
