I had a great experience at jiffy lube today. The people that greeted me when I arrived were kind and informative. They had me in and out of there for a straight up oil change and under twenty minutes. Super team!

The employees that work here are very professional and personable.

Friendly staff, good service, quick and timely. Only thing to dock them on is I've been to other Jiffy Lubes in the RVA area and they had more waiting amenities like a TV and snacks. Not a necessity by any means.

Amazing service. Everyone was so friendly, they made the pricing clear and the whole process was easy. I had to stop in unexpectedly for an oil change and had my dog with me, which I want sure would be cool, but the young man saw that I had my hands full with the leash and opened the door for me, which was so kind. I really cannot recommend this place highly enough.
