I went in yesterday to have an oil change, and the representative who helped me could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. he advised me of a couple small additional items that I needed to take care of, but also took the time to advise me on matters that could wait For another visit. I really appreciated the candor and assistance.

Good customer service and got me in and out pretty fast. Only complaint is I had greasy hand prints multiple places inside the driver area. Quick wipe-down and I would have given 5 stars

Jiffy lube in Arlington - I had the most unexpected and positive experience yesterday at the local Arlington jiffy line in downtown Claradon. Marcellus and the team were amazing. Their positive, upbeat attitude and efficiency took a mundane task and turned it into a pleasant experience. Amazing work. And unlike anything I have experienced before. Worth the trip to experience this team!

I went here right before closing on a Friday night and Devante and Marcellus were so kind. They didn’t mind that I was coming in right before closing and didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience at all. They both deserve employee of the month, every month!
