I brought my vehicle to Jiffy Lube for brake service and had a good experience. The staff was professional and explained the work clearly. I appreciate their help and would recommend them for brake service.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE from start to finish ! Mr. Rani (Im misspelling his name, sorry) but his hospitality & the way he provided information during the whole service. Offered water & the wifi password as he walked me inside the lobby. I am from Baltimore & was in town visiting family. I truly wouldn't mind taking the hour drive to get my car serviced. It was just that amazing

I typically don’t leave business reviews, but the team at this location have been servicing my vehicle for about 4 years now. They’re always professional, clear about why certain services are needed, and incredibly friendly. I can’t say enough good things about these folks.

I recently visited Jiffy Lube for services to my vehicle they earned my business due to their professionalism and fair prices, I had called other establishments for the same service and they were charging me double for the same services, thank Jiffy Lube and Staff.

Excelente servicio

I was headed out of town and had a 3 hour drive ahead of me. I stopped by this location to have my fluids checked after an indicator light came on the morning before. I was warmly greeted by Robert and my car was taken immediately. After about 15 mins my car had been topped off and my tire pressure was adjusted. The customer service was a 10/10 and the service was quick. I left feeling much better about taking my drive. I’d definitely return if in need again!

After a really frustrating experience at another auto shop, I went to Jiffy Lube, and the difference was incredible. Rami was absolutely phenomenal. He was professional, personable, honest, and genuinely cared about helping me. Even though I arrived at the very end of their day, Rami and the staff went above and beyond to take care of me rather than turning me away. Rami personally looked at my tires, took the time to explain their condition to me, and clearly explained what my vehicle actually needed. He answered my questions and made sure I understood everything without making me feel pressured or like I was simply being sold additional services. What stood out most was how Rami and the entire staff made me feel. I felt respected, listened to, and valued as a customer. After the experience I had just had at another shop, the difference in professionalism and customer service was night and day. Rami turned an extremely frustrating day around for me. This is what outstanding customer service looks like. I cannot say enough good things about him and the team at this Jiffy Lube. Thank you, Rami, for your honesty, kindness, professionalism, and for going above and beyond when you didn’t have to. You earned my trust and my future business. Highly recommended!
