Messed up doing an oil change myself. Ended up needing two quarts of oil and a new filter. Rather than charge me for a whole oil change, the manager charged me for a new filter and the oil. Very impressed with how reasonable and honorable he was to do that. Extremely appreciative of that level of honesty and integrity!!! Would recommend this jiffy lube to anyone.

Quick service and the team was very kind and professional.

Having not taken a car to Jiffy Lube in decades, I assumed it would be another big-corporate crook exercise trying to sell me services I didn't need. I was totally wrong. They provided quick, professional service, and they didn't lie to me. They could have, and I wouldn't have known. They gave me an honest answer about the need to change transmission fluid (my model vehicle doesn't require it), and when I asked if there was anything else I needed, they told me no, at least not in the area of fluid exchange. When I asked whether I should get any service done at all apart from the oil change they did, they said I was technically due for a tire rotation, but that since my tires were wearing evenly, they didn't see any need. If all Jiffy Lubes are like this one (on Duke St. in Alexandria, VA), then Jiffy Lube is alright by me. I drove to New Jersey a few days later without a problem. Thanks.

I’ve going to this Jiffy Lube on Duke Street in Alexandria,VA for over 25 years. Darnell does a fantastic job. Whether it is just an oil change or adding tire rotation and other services like rear differential fluid change I trust Darnell and his team to do the job right and fast. He makes it easy and that’s why my family goes there. I’m a customer for life.

Super super quick service here!! I believe it was only about 15 minutes from pulling in and getting out for an oil change. Was grateful for the vacuuming that was included & they always accept the $10 off coupon that I find online.

My car was towed her a moneys to closing. The staff were so direct and knowledgeable that I was afraid they wouldn’t help. Not the case at all. They took charge of the situation. Got my car on the lift and conducted an oil change after I (being the girly I am) over-filled the oil thingie. The gentlemen worked so well together and efficiently that I felt like I was at a Navy ship yard!! I will be sending all of my clients here! Darnell was amazing along with his staff!

Awesome! I popped in on a Monday at about 2pm and they had me out of there about six minutes after I drove in. Just an oil change, but they were quick and efficient. Didn't try to upsell me on anything, just did the work and sent me on my merry way!
