Best oil change experience! I’ve had my fair share of bad oil change experiences especially as a woman driving an 27 year old car. She’s a jeep, she’s suppose to leak. I don’t look forward to getting the condescending conversation about the condition of my car, when my husband can take my jeep in and get told nothing. This jiffy lube off sunset was AMAZING! They got me in and out fast, got straight to the point while being very polite and didn’t waste my time with any mansplanning. I believe it was Avery and Tyler who I interacted with and it was nothing but pleasant (3/17 around 12:30pm). This also isn’t my first pleasant experience at this location. I will only be going here for oil changes from now on.

This is the best jiffy lube I’ve ever been too. They helped me so much. Literally blessed me today with my car. My situation was a little wild and I hadn’t had an oil change in two years. They helped me. They made me feel like family. They explained everything to me and did not make me feel less than or dumb for it. BEST JIFFY LUBE EVER. thank you to the team that was working today around 4pm. Y’all are so amazing.

I want to thank Tyler for his compassion and willingness to help me with a minor tire pressure issue today. I just got out of the hospital and have had a whole range of post surgery issues to deal with. The smallest things freak me out now. My tire light went on, so I pulled in to see about having the pressure checked. Tyler was kind enough to assist with without hesitation. This location I have used many times in the past for another car service. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you!

Went in for an oil change because my wife’s car seemed well overdue. Mechanic informed me it’s only been 3000 miles and recommended waiting till 5k for a change (previous tech left old sticker I went off of) I appreciate the honesty and kindness of the crew. Would definitely recommend this location!

I came into the Jiffy Lube, because it is basically across the street from where I stay presently. The only reason I knew it was close was because one of my family members is helping me out, for reasons irrelevant to what I MUST mention in this review. Kelsey walked out and met me as I was walking up to Jiffy Lube at 1287 W. Sunset BLVD in St. George, UT. She asked what services I needed, and it was getting a car tag. Kelsey told me , “ I need the VIN #”, I started to open my car to find a notebook, that has my VIN # in it, and panicked ?? because again for reasons irrelevant to my review , ALL of my stuff is in my car ??. She informed me , “ It isn’t necessary for you to get the VIN #, for me , I can find it through your windshield”…. So here is MY first interaction with Kelsey that grabbed my undivided attention , Did you all know your VIN #’s are super visible right through your windshield….. well I didn’t, and I am not kidding , it is super visible. I said, “it’s an old Honda but I love it, and back in 1999 I do not think the world ?? saw the lengths that criminals will go to to steal cars and God only knows what else a VIN # can assist criminals with”. She then says “ my car is, (some much newer year) , and my VIN # is just as visible as yours” and walked me over to her car and Kelsey’s VIN # is visible BUT, she has hers covered with a piece of plain old paper. ????. I say, “that is probably going to cause an issue if you get pulled over”…. and she took the few minutes it took to educate me…..” No ma’am ( the respect was consistent from Kelsey the entire time…. Yes ma’am, No ma’am) it is perfectly legal to put something over your VIN # to reduce, no to PREVENT it’s mind blowing ?? super crazy visibility ??Kelsey then handled the business of getting my card tagged with incredible patience because the way I was paying for this was complicated, and I am going to leave it at that, it isn’t relevant to what the point of my review is. Here is where you must pay attention…. Kelsey is extraordinary, patient, and effectively EFFICIENT, and Kelsey handled my service in a way that made me feel important and valued and RESPECTED???? That is so important to me right at this point in my life and she KNEW THE ASSIGNMENT and gets an A+++. I will return to this Jiffy Lube, because of Kelsey and because she took the time to educate me AND provided the best customer service I have ever had at a Jiffy Lube. Kelsey, ?? ???? Thank you for sharing your knowledge and treating me like I was all that mattered…… I will return to this place of business BECAUSE of you ??????????????

Getting ready for an out-of-state trip in my wife's car, I brought it in for what I thought would be a routine oil change. She asked me to take care of it, and I’m glad I did. The wait was short, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I was impressed by their honesty—they let me know the oil was still good for a few thousand miles and only needed a top-off. They also topped off all the fluids and polished the headlights as part of a special. Great, no-pressure service I’d gladly come back for.

Hard-working, kind, knowledgeable crew at this joint!! They went above and beyond and even helped me with a repair that three other shops turned me down on (they didn't even charge me for the extra help with it) I have never been so pleased after walking out of a shop. Huge shout out to Avery for working so hard and going above and beyond to help. The whole crew was nothing but pleasant, fast, and helpful! Thank you, guys!!

Tyler is the man! I came in with my sprinter van on a road trip from New York and he swapped over a TPMS sensor from one wheel to another that I just bought in town and they didn’t even charge me. This shop is one of those rare ones where they care about you, do good work and are just incredible people. You only meet people like this every few years. Thank you for being you!!

Amazing service!!! Took our truck in for an oil change. They didn’t tighten the coolant cap and when I got home, there was quite the mess in my garage. My husband called and spoke with the manager, Tyler, and he immediately came up to our house and took care of the entire issue and cleaned up the mess himself and was beyond apologetic the whole time. Not only did he do that, but he refunded our entire ticket ($360). He went above and beyond and we’re definitely going to be customers for life. Thanks so much Tyler!

Jiffy Lube does not post their prices anywhere. Not at the business. Not at their website, nowhere. The only time you know what the cost will be is after your car has been pulled into the bay. The cost will be more than you think it will be because of shop fees and because every time you go there the price is higher.

I called in before they closed and I asked if they could change a light bulb for me. He said, "come on in and we can get it taken care of.' well I got there in time and they twisted it and it turned on again and didn't need to be replaced. They also asked if I wanted to top of my fluids and tire pressure for no charge. Thanks for being honest because now I will be back in for sure.

The employees were helpful and knowledgeable. The price was good for the work I had done. They did a fine up for me and changed out a coil on my car all in under an hour.

So fast and so friendly! I literally have never gotten my oil changed so fast and they walked me through everything my car could use changed like my CVT oil and topping of my coolant. Would recommend this location!
