I had a pretty good experience getting my emissions taken care of. The staff was friendly. Although it was busy they were at least responsive and respectful. They did a great job.

Got my inspection done in a timely manner

Great help with getting my oil changed. They didn’t put a new sticker on my car though showing when it’s due for the next oil change. They were super busy and slammed, they were super nice and communicated with me.

While I was waiting for my vehicle to get worked on I noticed Kaiden was dealing with a very inpatient customer and he kept his cool during the entire interaction. Dominic was the Tech working on my vehicle and when I first showed up quoted me one and a half hours on the wait time and was shocked to find he was right on the money and was out of their with my skid plate installed, emissions and registration completed in the time quoted. Ariyah helped out on a previous vehicle that I do my own work on and made the job of installing the cabin air filter 1 step easier and I am always pleased with her customer service.

Very helpful, explained things, answered questions. Even put my registration sticker on the car. Thank you. As I get older the little things matter.

I’d love to complain about the 1.5 hour wait… but I can’t. I decided to wait until the last day, mid afternoon to get my emissions completed. Once my car was in the bay, it was a 24 minute wait! So not terrible. The staff was friendly and helpful!

The guys at the Jiffy Lube In Roy on Midland are great, fast and super friendly! I have taken 2 vehicles there in the past couple months to get emissions done at the busiest times of the month and they were still the nicest bunch of guys!!

This spot is top notch! I recently got caught with a dead battery at the Mc.Dankles (Mc.Donald’s) next to this excellent establishment and I must say, the greatest employee in the world, ARIYAH, was super kind to take her personal vehicle over and jump my battery up to get me back on the road! Thank you Jiffy for employing such awesome individuals. I will definitely be talking to folks I know about your guys outstanding customer service and experience ??????

What a great team! I was helped by Dominick and Araya(?) Went in for an emissions test and got my registration done right on site! I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes. Easy peasy!

Amazing crew...

The manager and crew were very helpful to figure out what was causing the check engine light to come on. And they fixed it. Also I was having problems with my step not working right. And they fixed that Also. Thank you for all your help!!!

Great customer service for my cabin filter change, windshield wiper change, and fluids top off! Although they received the wrong cabin filter the first call in, they let me know everything that was going on and were able to get the right one for my car in a timely manner (for not receiving the right one the first time). They even gave me a discount on my windshield wipers! I was very happy with this last visit to the Jiffy Lube in Roy.

Very happy with the service at Jiffy Lube. They were knowledgeable and kind. They offered things that could be updated/replaced, but weren't pushy when I declined. I will definitely be coming back to the Roy location for future visits!!!

The young man that helped me today was so nice and helpful, he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable while waiting , he was very quick and thorough, this is the only place I like to deal with that doesn’t try to take advantage of an elderly woman.

This was a quick place for me to stop and get my oil changed; however this store is almost impossible to contact on the telephone. During my visit I asked about replacing my battery;they reassured me that they could do that for me; yet I called numerous times only to be sent to a voicemail box. I ended up cleaning my terminals real good and haven’t had any troubles. They could use a front desk clerk.
