Greeter met me at my car before I even got my seatbelt off. She was friendly and got me checked in right away. I just needed emissions and my on-the-spot renewal. They got me started quickly and back on my way. Thanks for your super service!

Hammy, my man. You have totally redeemed yourself and the shop. I had a problem that kind of blew up and had terribly soured my experience here. I am extremely impressed on how the problem was overcome by Jiffy Lu e and the General Manager. I enjoyed our conversation and the ultimate outcome of our experience. Thanks so much. A very professional experience.

Had an Oil change and license renewal. The service was fairly quick.

The gal that first helped me was a doll. Very friendly, helped me find a coupon and explained certain things I knew nothing about. Once I pulled into the bay, two other guys seem to be the ones working on the vehicle. They took the time to explain things to me and showed me what was low and blah blah blah. I was relieved that they didn't roll their eyes at me since I was coming in right before they close. And I was also impressed that they were able to get through it all like pretty dang quick. Usually I'm annoyed by what appears to be millennials but they were really good crew. Probably the most surprisingly impressive trips to an oil change place I've ever had

Friendly staff and kept me informed of all the steps taking place. They were not pushy for any upsells.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great communication. Only concern was they came to me with results of their complimentary 18 point inspection, and one recommendation was my oil was about 1/2 quart low. I had just been to this location for an oil change in January, so I asked them to top it off. Then when I went to check out they told me the mechanic reported back my oil was already full, and did not need to be topped off. Hard to know if the rest of the info on the checklist was accurate when that happens.
