The team here was the best, more services offered here than normal jiffy lives. Highly recommend for any alinements and balances.

Lyndon did my service. He was quick and efficient. He also explained an estimate of when I would need to change my brakes and gave me peace of mind over the fact my brake lines were not leaking. He had me enter my information on the computer with the keyboard, which was funny. Anyway, good job guys. Thanks.

Ron, and the other two guys I spoke to were extremely helpful. I asked to have two things done, and they checked and let me know that they actually didnt need to be done! First oil change they didn’t clean under the car properly which made me need to return for them to clean up. But they were great about it on the return visit!

Workers were quick to get my emissions check done. The parking and maneuvering in the parking lot is really bad. There’s no space.

Went to get an oil change. Told me I didn't need one. Hell yeah ??

I came in 15 min before close and they still helped me out. Didn't even try to sell me a bunch of stuff either

Zack did all of the talking and transactions. He didn't treat me like an unknowing woman, but had respect and honesty! I asked about their tire rotations and he honestly mentioned that I don't need one. He also let me know about my Starving Student Card discount when he noticed it in my car while changing my cabin air filter. I will definitely be coming here again and am pleased to not be charged more for unnecessary auto work!

Super fast, went for an emissions test and we pulled up they took it in and we’re done in 10 mins. Was cheaper than I thought it was m Going to be too!

11/15 Manager (Terry) called me today and apologized for the service yesterday and was insanely helpful and even offered a discount if I came in today. I ended up coming in and he diagnosed my problem and he and one of the mechanics talked me through all the repairs for like 30 minutes. Honestly one of the nicest mechanics I’ve met. Knows how good service is done. He did say today was his last day so I hope the next management is as good! 11/14 Actual conversation I had earlier today *I pull up in my truck* Me: “Hi I’m just here to get my alignment done” *manager turns to her tech* Manager: “hey can you do this alignment?” Tech: “what time is it?” Manager: “4:30” Tech: “No I don’t want to” Manager: “Will you do it anyway?” Tech: “nah, tell him to go to clegg’s auto or our university location” *meanwhile I’m just sitting there with them having this conversation in front of me.* I thought about arguing but figured he wouldn’t do a good job if he had already told me he didn’t want to do it. I proceeded to leave and saw the tech just standing talking to one of his coworkers, not busy doing another service or anything. I went to these guys once last year for an alignment and they were great but sadly I will not be going back. 1.5 hrs before close and they blantantly refused to do a service I had called about earlier in the day. This was the one Jiffey Lube location I trusted but this company has now lost my business forever.

Did a bunch of front end work on my car. Needed bolts tightened as my torque wrench broke and snapped a nut on my cv axle. Gave them a call and they said bring it in. They tightened all the bolts i asked and didnt charge me a thing. Best shop around for sure!

The workers were quick and kind! They weren’t trying to convince me to get more repairs done than what was absolutely necessary, and they even gave me recommendations for other options if I wanted! Highly recommend this location!

Overall good experience. The two guys who went over everything going on with my car were both very helpful, but one of them acted pretty angry, he seemed to be trying to find reasons to be irritated with me the whole time. The other guy though was one of the most helpful and friendly gentlemen I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. I’ve been debating selling my car, and he gave me some good advice and told me about Jiffy Lube’s free pre-purchase inspection service for buying a new car. Will definitely take them up on that!!

I come to this particular Jiffy Lube at Freedom Blvd, Provo because each time, I’ve had a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they do a great job with my car.

Tire rotation and balance. In and out quickly. Provo Big-O is the place to go.

Best location around, I drive out of my way to support them with their amazing customer service.

They were quick, efficient, thorough, and helpful with my emissions and registration today.
