Their manager is very courteous and cares about my visits there.

They did a good job. It was my first time at this Orem location. I was allowed to use a coupon and given more coupons as well as helpful information.

The staff is very friendly and professional.

We have been to this particular location for several years now (I meant to do reviews before) and we love Robert and his entire team, they always take care of us, and seem happy to be there and help everyone. We are a big family and we recommend him to everyone. So as long as he is there we will keep going. And it’s literally hundreds of people we send to him. He is a great manager.

The Manager was really nice, and everything was done so quickly. He clearly knows what he is doing. Everyone there seemed very happy.

Rock chip repair at Jiffy Lube? Yes please! Great price and super fast. Kelvin was very polite and efficient; Robert loves his job and it shows. He has been there over ten years. Christian rounds out the team and they have a great time working together. The waiting room is clean and organized. I like this place and I’ll be back for sure.

Jiffy Lube Stan over here. Although I couldn’t get the crack repaired in my car because it was too large, I got everything else done I needed. Olea was the absolute best! Honestly one of the most straightforward and kind workers. She made things so clear and answered my questions respectfully. Huuuuuge appreciation to her!

I needed a quick oil change before driving out of state for a family emergency. They were quick, effective, and thorough with transparent communication. They even took the time to educate me more about what they were doing and the needs of my particular model of car, which gave me a lot more peace of mind. I will definitely be coming back!

I went there for an oil changed and walked out a changed man. Not only did they change my oil but they recommended I replace my rear wiper that was falling apart. I now have a better rear view and me and my Jeep are happy. I wish Jiffy Lube could be my dad.

Great crew and loved the straight forward honesty. Took my car in expecting to get my brakes replaced but Richie (one of the workers) told me to just wait on it for a while because my breaks still had some life. He was super professional and was great to work with. Will definitely come back.

I went in to renew my registration and complete and emissions test. They topped off my fluids. Didn’t pressure me into purchasing additional services. Renewed my registration and gave me a coupon for my emissions test. Exceptional service!!

Best jiffy lube in town! Everyone is always so kind and helpful here and does great work. They’re super quick and always open doors for you as well, which I really appreciate.

All the employees worked hard and efficiently. My car was in and out. The employees explained everything very clearly to me.

A little expensive but they can do most simple repairs if you don't have the time, tools, know-how, or desire to do it on your own. They seem pretty honest and not pushy.

With 2 vehicles to register, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! I call that efficient!
