I was at 12th street Jiffy Lube yesterday during what seemed to be peak time for end of the month emissions and I just wanna thank the two employees that helped me and made me feel welcome. The younger man with a beard who checked me in, he was efficient and gave me an honest time on how long it would take saying we will do our best to get you out of here fast. Secondly, me and the young lady with curly hair and darker skin at the front desk were in a very hot room with no tv, even though you have two tv’s and no music with 20 people waiting who were ready to get out of there as soon as possible. You guys should get fans or better air conditioning and some entertainment for your customers while they wait. She was very friendly and good conversation to me and each customer while we were waiting with a smile on her face. I wanna say that’s what this jiffy lube needed, two good workers who don’t make the customers feel rushed, like a bother or not taken care of. Need more like them, it made me finally wanna return to a jiffy lube. If only you had more workers like these two when I see them. I’ll be returning again soon, props!

In and out emissions services, ????

Took the company truck for filter changes as well as fluids. The staff was very friendly and courteous. We were pretty impressed at the communication between all staff, o matter what they were working on they were all aware.. I will definitely recommend them when ever passing through Utah

I didn't get the name of the service advisor that helped me, but he was super helpful explaining the life expectancy for different parts on my car and making sure my car was set for my road trip next week, while helping me prioritize services for cost efficiency as well.

They were all so nice to me today. Didn't pressure me or make me worry about my car, which is my normal jiffy lube experience. Just listened to what I asked and had my oil changed very quickly. By far, the best experience I have ever had at any jiffy lube.
