This location never fails me or gives me any reason to be dissatisfied with my visit. Nobody's perfect. The employees in the bay could be aware of the fact that they probably don't need to talk 'shop politics' when customers are within earshot, but as long as it's not offensive, what's that got to do with my day? Oil change - professional. They let you know about other vehicle fluids quality and levels without getting pushy (yes, that burnt smell is bad). Emissions - if you wait until the end of the month, realize your not getting out in 10 minutes. They move any line through quickly though. Fluid exchanges - machines that feed clean fluids through while pulling the junk out .. can't get much better than that unless you want to pay your mechanic to tear it down, clean and inspect, reassemble, fill, test, and bill $$. Watch for a coupon and go give them a try if if you're not completely satisfied with your current go to. Thanks for the consistency.

They were very helpful with explaining my car's current needs. I went for a state emission and they were very knowledgeable about knowing how best to change my address and get set up with my new registration the same day. Everyone was very friendly. It was busy and I had to wait my turn, but they had a comfortable waiting area.

Adamaris is very knowledgeable and has superior customer relation skills. The North Ogden location has excellent service.
