Great service, but it was a bit expensive. $140 for an oil change, when at the dealership I get it for much less. Not upset, but there is a bit of a convenience fee there.

The team that helped me was excellent respectful and fast Suggestion: the way they price and sit you down and load your car before giving you pricing feels off Like a used car dealership And the zillion coupon codes show that pricing is a moving target where they try and get as much as they can. Then charging $10 to add coolant another example. Juan is great and just follows training. Otherwise service is very good.

Had an emission test for UT registration. When well. Quick and easy. Customer service great. The only thing was the man looked by himself.

I was in and out in less than a half hour, all the staff was very helpful and able to get my car registered same day

I visited the Jiffy Lube in North Salt Lake today after being turned away from the Quick Emissions just down the road & Am so happy I did. From the 1st employee who greeted me as I pulled into their lot to the last who took my payment, Every interaction was very pleasant & professional. Jessica, I believe was her name, Was incredibly helpful & Informative. She answered all of my questions, Definitely knows her stuff & Even offered me a discount on my emissions test. Such a great experience that I will no longer be taking any of my business to 'Quick Emissions' & Will be giving it now to this particular Jiffy Lube instead. Thank you Nsl Jiffy Lube for taking care of me & My vehicle today & An extra special Thank you for your Amazing customer service!
