5 stars?!!? Why the heck does 10 not exist on this thing??!! Actually 20. I throw down my cards on this. This experience had me reminded of the Atonement because Jiffy Lube in Lindon had me feeling saved. My name is JaQuavious; if you like honesty, read this. I HIGHLY recommend, and please take the time out as to why I am saying this. Arielle, Jeremy and Dakota were absolutely PHENOMINAL. Even Billy when he greeted me was super kind and considerate and Hayden was very proficient and polite when he interacted with me and even the other customers. I'm praying that my words do this justice. When I went in, I didn't have a ton of money to fix my car. I was in a crappy situation with my car and was feeling absolutely down, out and hopeless. I asked for a lot of work to be done on my car, but was worried I would be left up the creek with out a paddle due to my finances with how much worked I asked to be done for my car but how little money I had. The patience that these people had for me was irrevocably graceful. Arielle and Jeremy listened to all of my needs with a warm heart and a contrite spirit, fixed my car within a day, offered me financing, and made SURE I had everything I needed. They listened to my anxiety and didn't just treat me like a number, they treated me as a person. I took my PRECIOUS time with them even when they were busy and they gladly prioritized me. They were willing to work around me and make me feel like the only person in the room, even though they had TONS of other customers, that right there is a gift. They educated me on everything I needed to know, and they treated me like their own. I will DEFINITELY be coming back. I left there crying almost after every interaction, in gratitude. I know this place was a God send for me. Arielle was willing to even walk the line with my service contract on the phone for as many times as humanly and superhumanly possible to get me better deals, because she knew of my financial situation, and Jeremy stayed on the line with my service contract to make sure that I was able to secure financing. They went above and beyond. During the process, I called them anytime during the day no matter how busy they were working with other customers and they made sure that my needs were met during the moment. They not only did the job fast, but even efficient. They made sure that I got a great deal, and they took my financial needs into consideration, to the tea. They worked longer and harder than they were prepared to given the timing and circumstances I had and it was truly inspiring to see. They all have such a super sweet spirit about them and I truly pray that corporate sees this. If they do, give them a raise, promotion, vacation and free food. Tahh tahhh<3. -JaQuavious Harris

These guys really take good care of me. AJ is helpful and made sure my oil change went smoothly.

Needed to check my oil. It was fine but they vacuumed my car and cleaned my windows anyways.

They did a great job taking care of me. I could tell that they are honest with me and treated me extremely fairly. When I went, they were under a lot of stress with a lot of clients backed up, and I watched them running back and forth taking care of everybody doing everything they can to keep people happy. I think her name was Cassandra, but she was fantastic taking care of me. Thank you, jiffy lube!!

In November 2025, we visited Jiffy Lube in Lindon, Utah. On Tuesday, November 11th, or Veterans Day, this Lindon Jiffy Lube location provides a free conventional oil change to all verified Veterans. Thank you, Lindon Jiffy Lube, for changing our car engine oil and helping us feel appreciated for our military service to our Country. There are also delicious doughnuts to eat as the technicians change the car engine oil.

The staff are excellent, friendly and were professional and took care of my emissions test with a smile, even though it kept hem a little after hours!

I have gone into this store twice just to have the oil topped off in my car since there is such a long lifespan on the oil my Atlas. They have been helpful and I’m in and out when goto the store. I have met 2 different females that have been helpful.

Sometimes I avoid Jiffy Lube because it's big chain and has a reputation for being expensive, etc. But this location has been such a delight. I did an emissions test (with coupon, only cost me $30) which failed, so they guys did some engine checks for me free of charge. They were so friendly and walked me through everything.Jiffy Lube offers free re-testing on emissions test within 15 days! Also, I always come here to fill up my tires when the air pressure light comes on and they are quick and helpful to take care of me.

Went in today for an oil change somewhat anxious about what they were going to tell me what was wrong with my car. There was a woman working there that I hadn’t seen before and she helped me out with figuring out what were going to do today. I had questions about some of the things they were suggesting and she educated me without any pressure. She also genuinely seemed to care about my car and the previous issues I’ve had with it. She was very kind and made my experience so much less stressful. Her name started with an A I believe. Thank you!

Ariel was extremely helpful and pointed out there was a coupon available for me to use. She had me in and out of there in a jiffy!

Came to get an emissions test/registration renewal and they were great. I brought my baby with me which can make any experience more difficult but Arielle at the front desk was so helpful and thoughtful! Thanks for a great experience.

They were efficient, friendly and knew what my car needs were and satisfied all requirements. I was even able to download a $20 coupon while I waited for the service to be completed and used it on the spot.

Jiffy Lube oil changes are over priced. While 5 quarts of oil are included in the oil change price, my Ford F150 takes 7 quarts. The additional 2 quarts cost an additional $26, or $13 per quart (synthetic oil). They did review the pricing prior to servicing my vehicle, but I didn't pay close attention to pricing prior to giving them authorization to proceed. This was because I had researched online the price beforehand. My research indicated the price would be $89, but the actual price was $99+$3.99 for shop supplies+$26 for two added quarts of synthetic oil+tax for a total of $129. On the positive side, they were very fast and professional. Note: as compared to Walmart, they took 1hour and 15 minutes just to get my vehicle into the service bay, and I had previously scheduled an appointment with them. I gave Walmart a 1 star rating.

Ariel educated me about my vehicles maintenance needs in a way that helped me make educated decisions. She was not just pushing for the service to get done and was helping me balance taking care of the car and not overly maintaining

Staff is always friendly and kind. I have had a few oil changes there and they seam to do a good job. I normally go for emissions and on the spot renewal. I typically can find a coupon on line that brings the price down a bit.
