Is it weird to say I had an amazing experience at Jiffy Lube? The entire team was so great and helped me with a variety of things Including filling chips in my windshield. The manager was thorough, thoughtful, and a great communicator!

Went in for emission test. They were quick and concise and let me know what maintenance I needed on the car, a clear estimate, and how long it would take.

They've treated me with the utmost respect and the highest amount of patience. Even understood my budget, wants and needs. Honestly didn't check if it was 15 minutes or not, didn't care, they treated me nicely. They even helped me with a great discount. I drove it like it was stolen and it didn't blow-up.

This Jiffy lube is my go to place whenever I am having car troubles or just to get my emissions done. The Workers go above and beyond to make the experience great and are speedy at what they do! Special shoutout to Emilie at the counter she handled my payment and was so kind to help me out with the coupon that I had brought in. I highly recommend this location to those in the area.

Had emissions done. Great service! This is the Jiffy Lube at 609 N Harrisville Rd. Basically N Ogden. They didn't smile a lot but were friendly, very competent and the employee put the tags on my license plate! Nobody has done that for me, ever! I'll be going to this one in the future even though I have at least 2 other Jiffy Lubes closer to my house.

I came to this jiffy lube after I tried a convenient one closer to my house in Syracuse. Syracuse shop broke my valve and quoted me 290$ to fix the part they broke and recharge my AC. I paid 275$ here with a oil change and my AC blows cold air once again ?????? I'm so blessed and thankful Mr. Lockhart GM has great Cert. Mechanic's that know exactly what absolutely needs to be done. Josh had awesome communication with me leaving my vehicle there and letting me know what service was being done ?? I will always drive outta my way to this Harisville shop because they help their customers and not put them in a bind/bad spot. Great customer service with a great price. Coupon was honored too, the Syracuse shop said they could possibly use it??

They are all my favorites but my new favorite favorite is Adamaris (AJ). Tell her thank you! She got me in and out in 10 minutes.

Amazing services and not just from one employee but three of them !! I am super satisfied with the service and knowledge I was given without feeling like an idiot, which when it comes to cars I can be so thank you for not making me feel that way !! Will be returning for future maintenances.

We went in to renew the registration/tags on our car... There were approximately four customers in the waiting area when we went in... I wasn't sure what, exactly they were having done... I also noticed they had coffee and cookies in the waiting area... Luckily my wife and I found two empty chairs, they had plenty but the rest were full... Any place this dang busy must do good work... My wife and I sat there watching some old show on their Jiffy Lube T.V.... Before the show was over they called my name, and I was out the door... Friendly, fast, and professional...
