I received an email that my sticker needed renewal. I was already running errands, so I googled the closest place to get an emissions test. This Jiffy Lube was the closest on the list. I drove over and there were 2 oil changes in the drive thru stalls. Gabriela said it would be a 10 - 15 minute wait until they could get to my car. I was OK with the wait and she lead me to the waiting room where 2 other ladies were waiting. I barely got settled before a customer was told her service was done, so my car was pulled in about that time. I wasn't there 20 - 25 minutes before I was called to pay for my testing. The information they had on file was old, but they corrected it quickly and I was on my way. I'm very pleased with the quick results.

I just needed a running light bulb replaced. Tried two other places. One said come back Monday, the other that it would be a wait of “hours.” These guys did it in five minutes while I waited in the parking lot and offered me a discount!

Extremely pleased with the service I have received from both of my visits. Went for an oil changed and was also informed about a leak ( ended up being a cracked radiator) and a very important bolt missing from behind one of my front tire. After a thorough job I returned for my state inspection and had friendly and speedy service.

The ladies there took care of me and my Jeep Wrangler. They were very transparent on what my car needed and let me decide what additional services I needed. I had completed a 3,000 mile trip from Washington State and my car needed all the services it could get. They were very helpful and kind to me.
