Stopped in for an inspection. The young ladie was extremely polite and got me in and out quickly. They did tell me about other services I needed, I declined because my husband handles that. Over all experience was great!

Excellent service, much better than the other Jiffy Lubes I’ve been to. Also, the service tech brought to my attention that my steering gear box appeared to be new and there were some bolts not properly fastened to secure it in place. This was replaced recently and I’ll be going back to the mechanic to make corrections.

Very accommodating folks. Check out many things, offer fixes, but aren't too pushy. Very quick to get to the services I needed.

Excellent service. Very fast and polite. I brought some headlight bulbs with me and they swapped them out for free. I will definitely be returning for my next service.

I had my state inspection done here and they were able to take me immediately without an appointment. The young lady who helped me was very nice and they were able to accommodate me in my adaptive vehicle and get me in and out in a matter of minutes. The only waiting was for the computer to do its thing. They were fast, efficient, friendly and accommodating!

I appreciate how quickly they did everything and how nice the customer service was. I usually go to the dealer or Firestone... But I'm gonna start coming here now because they really did their thing today. And it didn't take a whole bunch of time like how I normally have to drop my car off just to get a oil change.... I heard about them on the radio I had never even heard of this place but But please keep it up because this is where I wanna come from now on

I had an outstanding experience at Tomball Jiffy Lube. I'm from Florida and needed to get one before my return trip. They got me in right away, suggested a much needed tire rotation for a fair price, and were engaging and professional throughout. Joseph is the one who helped me with everything, and he was fantastic!

Young Lady who greeted me and checked me out was professional. Technicians were quick and efficient.

I have been coming here for years. They are very efficient and can perform many different services. I always get the tire rotation and synthetic oil change. The thing I like is they check everything. Yes, they want to sell you everything, but sometimes, it's just to confirm that you are OK. Also fill all of your fluids and lubricants. The waiting room was recently remodeled and is much more spacious. Be sure to look online for their coupons.

My second visit was the same as the first a few months ago with my other vehicle. On my first visit i didn’t expect to be greeted in the parking lot before I had a chance to turn off the engine. And then before I reached the door it was held open for me coming and leaving. On my second visit it happened again. Whoever manages this business has customer service fine tuned. I did find it odd that they would open my glove box without asking in order to inspect the cabin filter, but no problem for me since I don’t keep anything personal or anything of value in there. So lock it and take the key if this a concern to you, or just don’t have anything of value in the vehicle. This business is a definite goto for inspections and maintenance service. Very enjoyable experience. Try them out!

I went for an inspection on my car and they had me in and out of their less than 10 minutes. It’s not that quick for oil change there but inspection it is. And the price was excellent

The few times I have come by, employees are immediately outside greeting me (one time was in the pouring rain and another was very early in the morning) Today Shawn was a major help making sure I arrived to work safely by adding air to my tires. All I had to do was drive up to the front and ask. So nice to be able to receive this amazing small town business customer service anytime I drop by. Will be coming back for my next oil change!
