I went in for and oil change and found i had a severe oil leak and I am handicapped they were so kind and fixed my oil leak without a long wait Thank you Jiffy Lube

I did have an issue with pricing, I called the manager quickly got it resolved! Lee was wonderful courteous! My advice is with any oil change company get your TOTAL cost upfront before you say yes to the initial price quote) thank you Lee! BTW the service was awesome.

I really appreciated the safety protocols at this location. I was especially sensitive to this because I had stopped in earlier in the day at an independent oil change/inspection/mechanic shop in Galveston and almost gotten run over by another patron backing out of the shop while I stood around waiting to be served. No one at that shop had even noticed the near-miss. This Jiffy Lube was the exact opposite. They took control of the car, walked me into a waiting room, and walked me back to my car when it was ready. There was lots of room in the broad driveway for all of us customers to depart without endangering each other. Furthermore, everyone was kind, professional, respectful, and efficient. I was in and out with an oil change and a vehicle inspection in 15 minutes. I highly recommend.

****updated review ***** After submitting a Jiffy Lube service survey and posting a Google review I was refunded an amount to my credit card. I have changed my 1 star review to a 5 star review for the quick resolution and will continue to do business with Jiffy Lube. I was quoted the price of $32 for spark plugs on a tuneup estimate but after work was completed I was charged $32 for each spark plug and wasn’t told this until after work was completed. So ended up paying $100 more than I was quoted.

I went in there to get an oil change on my XC 90 Volvo and was informed that the previous company who changed my oil, which was the dealership, had tightened the clamp to the oil filter too tight and they denied being able to change my oil because the risk was too great and breaking the cap to get it off They did an amazing job in analyzing and not doing further damage to my vehicle. Excellent work.
