My experience was great! Jordan gave me an approximate time for the job to be done and it was finished even more quickly. He explained each step to me and what it would cost. He was careful to put the right kind of oil into my car. He also told me what to watch for in the near future! When finished, the car was parked with the door open for me right outside the waiting area! I’ll return to Jiffy Lube for sure!

Super friendly staff, and very polite to me and my family, had us in and out quickly werent overly pushy and took no gracefully while making recommendations for service. Would recommended this location to anyone

I recently brought both of my cars to Jiffy Lube #4122 in Spring, Texas, and the experience was outstanding. Matthew G. & Jordan E. handled both vehicles with care and efficiency — performing services like spark-plug replacement, brake-fluid flush, oil change, differential fluid exchange, and other preventive maintenance without cutting corners or upselling unnecessary work. The staff took the time to explain every service and confirm what each car needed, which gave me real confidence that I was in good hands. Both cars were ready on time, and everything was done cleanly and professionally. It’s rare to find an auto shop that consistently delivers both technical quality and great customer care, but this Jiffy Lube does exactly that. The shop was well-organized, the waiting area was comfortable, and the technicians were courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube #4122 in Spring, TX to anyone looking for dependable preventive maintenance or repairs — they’ve earned my trust and future business for both of my vehicles.

We moved to the Woodlands in 1981 when there were 8,000 people up here, and only two villages. Needless to say, much has changed since then. My last two attempts at my go to inspection/oil change location came up with...our inspector didn't show up today, and we're not open this morning because the whole staff walked out, I'm a manager from a different store here to close the doors....My experience today was much different, in and out, staff that is knowledgeable and super friendly...I l'll be back.
