Hi, I would like to give jiffy lube, a two thumbs way up, for: when I went there for a auto inspection, they told me that I had to drive my vehicle, in order for it to pass emissions, well I did just that for 2 weeks, and my automobile "PASS" the emissions test, and I have to give jiffy lube a rounds of applause for a job well done. I've always had a positive experience when I go here. A few years ago they even did my inspection for free. I find them to be honest in their practice. For needs in the vehicle industry, I trust this location.

First time at this location because I moved to Tomball recently. Staff were friendly and informative. The thing I liked the most is that they only told me what was necessary in addition to getting my oil change and inspection. Other locations tend to bring out a PowerPoint presentation and tell you 10+ things need to be fixed and they are readily available to do it at that moment. Quick and easy. Will definitely return.

Went in for a tire issue and was pleasantly surprised with the service from April. April got straight down to business, knew exactly what needed to be done, and had me in and out way faster than expected. Friendly, efficient, and professional the whole way through.
