Every time I go here, the guys get me in and out super quickly! This location is professional, friendly, and very efficient.

Very reliable and get the job done fast. I have been going to this location for 6 years for both of my vehicles and have nothing but good things to say about the workers and service I receive each time I go for oil, fluid changes, filter replacements, car inspections, and more. I would recommend stopping by if you are in need of car service.

Great service! Manager and employees were helpful and service was extremely quick. Price was a bit steep, though.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube today! Ruben, the manager, provided excellent customer service from start to finish. His communication was outstanding—he kept me informed about my vehicle, explained what was being done, and made sure I knew exactly what was going on throughout the service. The entire crew did a great job working on my vehicle, and you could tell they worked together as a team. Everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to customer service. Big shoutout to Ruben and the whole Jiffy Lube crew! It’s always good when you can take your vehicle somewhere and feel like the people working on it actually care about the service they provide. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend this location to anyone looking for a solid team that communicates and takes care of their customers. ???????? 5 stars from me! ?????

I’ve been coming to this location for a few years, had a few issues in the past that were rectified by management. I came in today and found the location to be under new management and noted several new employees. The service before was ok, but my experience today was excellent, service was expedient and staff appear to function as a more organized team. I brought in a total of 3 vehicles today.

Ruben and Team were great, had me out of there in 15 minutes!

Love bringing my vehicle to this location. Oil change is always quick. For a place run by dudes it’s clean. Tech at this place knows what they are doing.

The staff was very knowledgeable very helpful very friendly. They took care of me really well made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this place. Even though I live really far away I will be coming here from now on.

I've been going to this jiffy lube on potranco for 4 years now and today I received outstanding service. Angel the assistant manager is a well composed customer service employee. He explained things in a way where he wasn't trying to pressure me into buying anything else or making it seem it was urgent just to make a sale. Great service to ask the men that work there

I brought my vehicle in yesterday for a tire rotation and oil change, and once again I received outstanding service at this Jiffy Lube location. The greeter was welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived, and Nate, who performed the services on my vehicle, was excellent. After inspecting my vehicle, Nate came back and thoroughly explained a couple of recommended filter replacements along with future maintenance items that could be addressed at my next visit or at the appropriate mileage interval. I really appreciated how informative and honest he was without being pushy. The service was quick, professional, and efficient, and Nate’s pleasant personality and sense of humor made the experience even better. We definitely need more customer service like this these days. BTW — I always receive great service at this shop, which is why I continue coming back. Highly recommend!

Amazing and quick

I don’t normally give a review but everyone was very nice here the only thing they charged me $50 for a cabin filter when they run about $30. I didn’t notice until after I left.

I haven’t been to a jiffy Lube in a few years and the experience was amazing and definitely l will be back for another oil change and others services. Outstanding customer service and customer care from the start to the finish. I’m a very pleased customer!!!
