I arrived for an oil change, and upon arrival D was the one helping me, she was so nice and helpful and I would suggest that if u want the best customer service ask for D, 10/10 will come back.

Super quick! It was a bit pricey compared to other places but they were thorough and offer a military discount. Very knowledgeable.

I had a great experience. I took my car to Take 5 and within 3 weeks all the oil was gone. I took it back and they said there wasn’t an issue. Jiffy Lube found the problem within 10 minutes and found the part I needed. They did an amazing job!!! They took great care of me and I will be loyal for life. The manager talked me through everything and Alejandro, Samuel, and Brian did a great job finding what was wrong. The whole team helped out and I don’t have everyone’s names but I highly recommend!!!

The guys at this location were so kind and helpful! They completed my oil change very fast. They also explained the status of all of my filters, brakes, flushes, tires and informed me of anything additional I may need coming up. Terrific service - I will definitely return!

Very friendly staff and accommodating! I was only there for an hour or so for all new brakes and oil change. They have and coffee and water if you get thirsty! Brian and Steve were great! Thanks so much. Close to where I live so it's convenient.

Called around and Jiffylube was the best priced to change the fuel filter for my truck! While I was there, I told Ruben that I had noticed my truck leaking a small bit of oil, he told me that they would look at it while changing the filter. After the filter was changed, he called me outside to tell me what they found, a faulty oil drain plug. I told him to take care of it for me, and they did, went to go pay and he said no worries, and just billed me for the fuel filter! Service like this will make me go back when I need my oil changed because Ruben’s and his teams attention to detail really saved the day! Thanks Ruben and team!!

I drove in from Houston. My car started to overheat on the way in. I usually go to the Jiffy Lube in Houston so I found one nearby in San Antonio. Patrick and Marcus away this location were so helpful and really saved the day so that I could drive back! I will come see then again if I'm in San Antonio! Grateful for their expertise and help!
