Amazing customer service. First time using Jiffy Lube and I plan to get future oil changes here. Shout out to everyone that was working today yall did good!

I came to get my transmission fluid exchanged and filter replaced. Alejandro was so helpful and transparent about the issues with my car. it took a little longer than expected but i felt satisfied knowing my car was safe and had the job done right.

The guys are so welcoming and always explaining every issue or concern. If you have any issues, they will give you options on what to do. If it’s something they can’t fix they will recommend someone. I have gone twice and I know I will be a repeat customer.

The team did a great job. Did an oil change and tire rotation. Got us right in and finished ahead of projected time frame.

In and out in 30 minutes. I’m an aircraft quality assurance inspector, so I watched the crew and saw everything I expected in a job well done!

They were quick and efficient and didn't try to upsale me on anything that I did not need.

The three staff member that was on staff today were very friendly and helpful . They all teamed up worked together to service my vehicle and did a great job .

Fast excellent oil change service.

I’ve used this location of Jiffy-Lube only for the most of the last ten years. The team worked on changing my oil, and finished in good time. But then they asked me if I wanted to have this done and would I like to have that work done. The list grew and I continued to deny that I wanted anything but the oil changed. I retired Jan 2025, and since I code synthetic oil, just like I’ve always done, the bill was automatically over $100.00. Amy of the items offered to add on would make the final total much more than I can afford. In the future, it would save hurt feeling, etc. to have these items automatically added to the receipt, and not have to go through the embarrassment of discussing in front of the whole team, making me feel like they would believe I don’t care if my car is taken care of or not.

Loved the timing they spent on my car. Let me know the filters that needed cleaning. All 3 men were very attentive and nice. Will be comming here for now on. Thank you

I got an oil change and the assistant manager Ruby Arias was very professional and let me see all that was wrong with my car. Plus they give a military discount which was very nice.
