They did a good oil change on my truck and I had spent a lot of money on it recently fixing up a bunch of suspension parts and steering parts trying to freshen up my steering and suspension and he pointed out something that no one has seen yet so I appreciate that for drawing that to my attention!

I am 80 years old. Somewhat new to the area living in senior apartments. I still work. My 2014 car started over heating and messaging that I needed oil change immediately when coming home from work. I was so stressed coming home . I was afraid to drive it the next day so I found jiffy Lube close by apartments. 7:30Am took it in. Radiator needed to be flushed, air filter and oil needed changing. A low tire that was being messaged too was aired up. Done within an hour plus I had had an accident that left my driver's side car door hard to open and they were able to fix that and now it is easier for me to open the door. Thank you, Team, for helping an old woman . I am driving my car and I am no longer getting stressful messages from my car.

Julian and his team were amazing! I always take my car to the dealership but due to this Saturday being super booked I decided to take it here and oh boy from now on here's where I will be taking it

Just went to top off between oil changes and Brandie helped me. She was so kind and knowledgeable. She dropped the cap and immediately apologized and worked another 10 min fishing the cap from the engine. She asked me if I'd like a water while I wait. She got it and placed it back and showed me my dipstick was back to full To me it's what a business does when there is a hiccup that shows how the business truly works. I highly recommend this jiffy lube!

Edit: I have been coming to Jiffy Lube on Marbach for an oil change and other minor services. There was a minor problem last week but they corrected it. Today I went back for something else and Doroteo helped me out without charging me for it. Thank you Doroteo for your professional services. Old: Professional service. Came in for oil change, transmission fluid, and license plate light change. Wait time is a little long today because they have many customers ahead of me.
