Super Helpful and know how to deal with luxury vehicles batteries. Took my daughter and my car and provided prompt and courteous service. Julian super knowledgeable and gave us good advice on services needed. Will definitely take all my cars here.

Entire team was amazing! My daughter has been trying to get her oil changed for about a week now but no one has been able to get her filter off. Every shop we went to pretty much gave up and told us to go to a different one so already irritated and fed up with this whole fiasco. She ends up going to Jiffy Lube. It took some time, but they were able to get it off at first they were very skeptical, but they had tried every solution and it would not stop until they successfully got it off so hats off to them!

Excellent service. Service time was so convenient, got an oil change by 7:30 a.m. on a weekday. Right before work, perfect. Mr. Dorito was so professional and great customer service.

As usual, they’re very good people. They know what they’re doing. Excellent service and I recommend the shop at Marbach to anyone.

With as busy and unsafe as the area is, this crew at the Marbach facility is on point!! I was thoroughly impressed with how they look after their customers! I will DEFINITELY continue to bring my Murano to this facility for service! Thanks y'all

The technicians were very efficient, informative, personable. Explained all that was going to need to be done, giving me the option of accepting/declining. Very pleased with final outcome.

Excellent service! There was a small wait due to a the amount of customers but it was very well worth it! Everyone working was helpful. They cleaned our window and offered water as we waited in our car, very generous. The manager Brandi was the first to take out info and she was very professional!Loved the atmosphere all around. It has been the Best oil change we have experienced . Greatly recommend jiffy lube on Marbach to our community.

Walmart was becoming outrages with their prices!! Then they never seem to have my type of oil or air filter and told me to buy it all myself…but every time! So I searched where else to go and jiffy lube popped up! I never considered it because I’m a single mama and just felt like Walmart was more my pace…well anyway I was super impressed with their hospitality, willingness to provide discounts and how fast they were! They’ve just got a returning customer ??????

The price of oil changes is now extremely high. But I was very grateful that the staff were able to work with me. Thank you guys !

Just went to top off between oil changes and Brandie helped me. She was so kind and knowledgeable. She dropped the cap and immediately apologized and worked another 10 min fishing the cap from the engine. She asked me if I'd like a water while I wait. She got it and placed it back and showed me my dipstick was back to full To me it's what a business does when there is a hiccup that shows how the business truly works. I highly recommend this jiffy lube!

I have been coming to this location more than 3 years and make me feel welcomed every time. I love being able to come to this location. They are very friendly and helpful and so knowledgeable and considerate of your time. They get you in quickly and get you out just as quick with accuracy. I have to say the workers are excellent “Dorito” is an amazing worker, they ALL Deserve a raise at the location because they go above and beyond always.

Took my old school by there this morning for an oil change Guys were friendly and fair. Particular about WHO I let work on my 41 year old Classic Car but these guys were good. I Recommend Note, because thekr GOOD get ready for a little wait so pack some patience..

In and out like a fast food restaurant ( a good one too). They are also really friendly, professional and straight forward. I always get all my questions/concerns regarding my vehicle maintenance answered too. Highly recommend this location. Keep up the great work guys.

I actually had in mind was Valvoline but no location in my path and not open after 6 pm. It’s a weekday and the Maintenance light comes on. Waiting for the weekend- 4 days away and driving an hour each way is risky. Jiffy Lube is open till 7 pm. Thank god! I was able to get my full synthetic oil change, tire rotation, antifreeze top with $26 website coupon for $146. It’s a tad pricey but it beats waiting 3 hours at the dealership. Plus everyone is super nice! FYI.. The Manager nickname is Dorito. Ya’ll this is at 6:15 pm. I’m exhausted from my day. These people acted like it’s still the start of their day. Bright eyed and bushy tailed lol. I’m glad I went there. Good attitude and good service goes a long way. FYI… They accept tips. I left $40 cash tip.

Had my state inspection done here. Smooth experience! I got there early, took about 10 minutes. The inspector gave me some really helpful advice on the registration process. Would definitely give them my business again.
