I typically take my car to the Cadillac dealership for an oil change and I will not be doing that anymore. The service was much faster at Jiffy Lube and it was also much cheaper. The guys at the JL on Thousand Oaks were fast and friendly. Thanks Robert, Luis and Efrain!

I take my Mercedes to this location for oil changes and mileage service updates.

They were very nice and efficient

I show up first thing in the morning and the team is ready to change my oil and filter. Jerry and the crew are on it. I’m able to wait in the car while they take of everything. I’m in there less than 20 minutes. Love me some Jiffy Lube.

They stop vacuuming the interior ? Services done and sufficient .

Very informative of what upcoming services I might want to consider at next visit. Explained what services I need at this visit and why, which I knew I needed. They even found my wallet I thought I left at my doctor’s office so! ??

They were very informative of all needed to be done and the why. Also, what service might be needed at next visit and if I have trouble with any ie: coolant, to drop by. They also found my wallet that I thought I lost!
