Great job! They changed my oil very quickly and were very professional.

Eli and Daniel were great! Professional and knowledgeable and they got me out in a jiffy!

Originally I had given them 1 star for not being transparent on what I was being charged for until thr work was done. I paid $260 for an oil change which seam outrageous. After my review with one star, the general manager called me and we had a conversation in which he said it was a communication issue between customer and employee. He validated my reason for the 1st review so because this gentleman took it upon himself and making it a point to call me, I can appreciate him talking the time to try to make it right. I will continue to give them my business since the issue was never the work performed on my desiel trucks.

Very pleased, in & out in less than 15 minutes, asked for & received a bottle of cold water while I waited. Mentioned several issues, suggested a likely cause, was a worn belt, also that the brake fluid, looked pretty dark and dirty. Just wish they would bring back the complementary vacuum service, windows washed, tire pressure checked, nice touch!

The guys were a new crew and so much nicer. Customer service was great!

Always great service at this location and techs are very professional and courteous. The price has gone up quite a bit but an oil change is a necessary evil.

My recent visit to Jiffy lube on Grissom was excellent. While they changed my oil the worker checked my car underneath and saw several things wrong with my car. I was so appreciative for the great information he gave me and helped me so much in something bad happening to my car. I took my car immediately to my mechanic to fix the bad things that were wrong with my car. The guys their always do an outstanding job!! Thank you all and keep up the great work!!

Everything was done quickly and in an efficient manner. 15 minutes and I was out.

Tech came out, listened and answered my questions beforehand. They were polite and thoughtful. Asked for oil change, brake fluid flush, and radiator coolant flush. All was done in about 30 to 40mins. I'll keep coming back.

Jesus was very helpful with the oil change I needed && even helped me out by telling me about a coupon they had on the website. Defiantly will be going back for my next oil change.
