A little disappointed with the price increase but other than that the service is always great.

I walked into Jiffy Lube looking completely lost and immediately told them I had no clue what I needed. They didn’t even blink. The staff was incredibly professional and surprisingly patient as they explained everything without making me feel like a disaster. Courteous, clear, and genuinely helpful the whole time. They broke things down in a way even I could understand. I left with my car running great and my dignity mostly intact. Highly recommend!

I have been to other Jiffy Lubes in San Antonio but this location is the best one. Every time I have come for my oil changes the employees are very knowledgeable, helpful and respectful.They are quick and accurate. Best Jiffy Lube in the area!

Mario was a great technician! The employees were up front about pricing and did a good job of explaining why additional services were recommended without being too pushy. The service was fast and I was given a bottle of water while I waited. Highly recommend!

Stopped in today for an oil change. I was so impressed by the service. Shoutout to Keyon, Mario, and Hailey. They were welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. The vehicle check was the most thorough I’ve experienced in a long time, and they did a great job of explaining the entire process and answering all of my questions. It really couldn’t have gone any better. This is the gold standard of an oil change experience.

I came into Jiffy Lube for an oil change on my work truck, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. They got my oil change done quickly while still taking the time to go above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of properly. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, but this team truly delivered. Overall, a fast, smooth, and professional experience, highly recommend this location!

It was first thing Monday morning and only one technician working. I needed new wiper blades, new air filters and an oil change. It was busy but he took care of everything really quickly. And what a nice young man too!

Really great experience. I personally asked for quotes on other items that I need for my car like the front brakes and the tire I need new tires so they gave me a really good quotes. The service was very quick. The price for my oil change was a very good price from other stores that I checked into Jiffy Lube was the best they worked on my car right away. they got me in and out very I do plan on returning thanks guys for all you do

Very helpful. In and out quickly. Everyone was very kind.

Excellent customer service, a lot of team work and cost was affordable thanks to the assist manager and his team to applying all the discount coupons. I would say that restroom was not very clean but everything else was excellent.

The guys here work fast and are honest and transparent with any potential issues. Thanks guys!
