In and out quick and the staff is very knowledgeable.

Had a great experience here! First time at Joffy Lune but I will be back. Jason and Brandon were so kind and helpful. I called last week and whoever I spoke with was great as well. I will definitely come back here!

I was helped out by Miguel and Rico with my state inspection. The inspection itself was fast and the lobby was very clean and cool. The workers were very attentive and asked how they couldve made the experience better for other customers which I appreciate. I will definitely be back for my next inspection or oil change!

Got my inspection done in 15 minutes and got me out of there ASAP. No complaints great job!

Stopped by during a lunch break and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Rico was the man and let me know of additional services needed on my truck without being pushy about getting it done then and there. This is definitely one of the better locations to visit in the JL chain

This Jiffy lube did a great job on my vehicle in a timely manner. The assistant manager Rico was a great help in getting my car back to me in good shape as fast as possible. I would recommend this spot to friends.

They were super sweet , even though they were short staffed they explained rhings to me where I would understand. Place was clean and fresh the only thing I have a problem is the pricing. The money spent today was a sad day for my wallet. Overall thank u Jiffylube

This place was amazing I was well taken care of and was asked numbers times would I like something to drink reco and the manager where extremely helpful and there was a young lady that was fantastic I truly appreciate the service today.

I came in for an inspection, and Queleah made the entire process a breeze. She was so kind and welcoming. Great experience! I was having an issue with my car because something was dragging underneath it. I pulled in and was immediately helped by Louis. He identified the problem and took care of it right away. Louis was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They were also incredibly fast and efficient. I was in and out in less than five minutes.As someone who doesn't know much about cars, I really appreciated how kind they were and how clearly they handled everything. I will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend the Jiffy Lube in Round Rock to anyone looking for efficient and friendly service!

Super Fast and friendly crew..

Impressed every time I go with service and experience. Recently went in for a brake fluid flush. He asked if I was told to it which was the recommendation from another shop. He showed me the strip and it wasn’t even close to needing for about another year. I had them do the job anyway because of the honesty and the price. I’d have to do it with an oil change in the near future. Figured I was here and in the shop and these guys were great, I want to keep my business here.

Only place I go, off AW Grimes. They also have someone there who knows ASL, so, those of us in the Deaf and HOH community can easily communicate. They always do a good job and are friendly and professional.

Came in for a state inspection and had them change the cabin filter. In the process, an acorn fell into the blower motor causing it to humm loudly. I notified the team and they resolved the issue immediately. I've had this happen before and the previous shop refused to take accountability. So I truly appreciate this team's instant response and resolution.

Service was amazing. Staff was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable of services. It was quick and done in a matter of 20 minutes. Which was great cause I had my daughter with me. I was thankful for services and discounts applied.
