Excellent service and great people!

This will now be my new Jiffy Lube location even if it’s a little farther from where I live. I went in today because I was in the area for something else and needed an oil change. I happened to find the friendliest, most thorough crew. Donald, Scott, and Adam were all fantastic and very helpful. They gave good advice but were not at all pushy. They made sure everything was checked, topped off, and good to go. They treated me like I was a valued customer, and I will definitely be back.

The team at this location (35 & Hesters crossing) is the best ive encountered in years! Ive tried several & none can compare. Nikia & Scott fixed a major problem not taken care of at my last visit from another jiffy lube. Adam was very friendly & gave me some maintenance tips to do in between oil changes. Because of these guys kindness, knowledge, professionalism & Awe-Mazing customer service, i will only be getting my oil changes, etc from them! Not only me, but my bestie, brother, mother & friends.

Had an oil change and also needed an engine flush. The techs were very friendly and informative bringing my truck back to running smooth again. Wait times were not long for all that was done. Waiting room was comfortable with snacks and comfortable with lots of room for all. Donald was great and kept us updated on my service needed.

Great service from Nakia! Only taking off a star because the location was busy and you could tell they were understaffed. Nakia was doing his best, servicing multiple cars at once!

Was in town assisting elderly aunt after surgery. While running her errands, saw a Jiffy Lube and noticed she needed an oil change. No better place to trust than Jiffy Lube for an oil change and no better person to assist me than the young man Donald. He was professional, knowledgeable, and most of all kind.
