Truly a great place for an oil change! They had my Jeep done really fast and great price! Super nice people too.

I went to the Jiffy Lube on Airport in desperate need of a quick car inspection. While they were busy, Matt W was able to get my car inspected in 20 minutes even though he said it would be 30 minutes. This was the 4th place I tried. Matt W was very personable and provided excellent customer service. In addition, knowing I was on a hurry, Matt W had already sent my inspection and emissions to the Kroger so when I got to Kroger, they already had my inspection in their system. I highly recommend the Judy Lube on Airport near Grand Parkway for all you oil change and inspection needs. Sincerely, SH A very happy and satisfied customer. I will be back to this location

Excellent and professional service. The team, especially manager Max, was extremely helpful and made sure eve went smoothly. Max dropped me off at home and picked me up once work was done on my Toyota Yaris. I'm completely satisfied with both the quality of the work and exceptional customer service. Highly recommend it!

Fast & Friendly

I was greeted in the parking lot upon arrival. Followed in with agent who took my information immediately. Gave me chilled water bottle and asked me to take a seat in (clean) waiting area. Average amount of wait time, very professional. Will return!

I just had one of the best customer experiences of my life. My new car told my I needed “routine maintenance,” so I pulled over at this new Jiffy Lube. Trevor took one look at my low mileage and counseled me that it was probably on a timer and that maintenance shouldn’t be needed just yet. To alleviate any anxiety I had about leaving, he offered to do a quick look under the hood. He showed me the oil stick thingy and the correct color of oil. Didn’t want me spending money I didn’t need to spend. Thank you, Trevor and Jiffy Lube! I’ll see you in a few more thousand miles!!
