Friendly & fast! In & out in 10 mins for state inspection.

Went to Firestone for the second time in two days. Told again Diagnostic would take all day. Left and went to Jiffy Lube. Awesome and I mean awesome service. Went way beyond the call of duty. Mgr was helpful and Larry got me out in time to pick up my daughter. I'll be going back and referring this location to everyone. D

There was a nail in my front tire so I stopped at another shop first, and they were being so dramatic saying my whole wheel was done and needed to be replaced. The guy was honestly so condescending too! kept asking me “how long have you been driving on a flat?” In a mean tone, being super dismissive and literally smirking. It really felt like they were trying to take advantage of me because I’m young, alone, and don’t know much about cars So I decided to get a second opinion and came to Jiffy Lube and wow… completely different experience. Everyone was so sweet, helpful, and most importantly honest. The technicians actually took the time to explain everything to me and never once made me feel dumb for not knowing where certain things were. It ended up being such a quick, simple fix. I can’t recommend this place enough. Everyone here is genuinely so kind, and they even handled a super angry customer while I was there with so much patience and professionalism. I love this place highly recommend

I highly recommend this spot for maintenance and car related services! Max the manager and Mark were very genuine and kind. They helped me out with my splash shield. This place is awesome, and everyone working there is down-to-earth.

I just had one of the best customer experiences of my life. My new car told my I needed “routine maintenance,” so I pulled over at this new Jiffy Lube. Trevor took one look at my low mileage and counseled me that it was probably on a timer and that maintenance shouldn’t be needed just yet. To alleviate any anxiety I had about leaving, he offered to do a quick look under the hood. He showed me the oil stick thingy and the correct color of oil. Didn’t want me spending money I didn’t need to spend. Thank you, Trevor and Jiffy Lube! I’ll see you in a few more thousand miles!!
