We had a challenging visit at Jiffy Lube PV even though we went in for a basic oil change service that didn't quite go as expected. We are thankful lto report that the management team took our concerns very serious and went above and beyond our expectations to make things right. The level of professionalism and care for our vehicle through the process was top notch. Communication was clear, concise and very quick! We are thankful for their willingness to take extra steps to make sure we were satisfied.

There are many options and locations of where to get your oil changed at, but I will definitely be coming back to this location because of the friendliness and warm welcome and quick service that I received!

Joe, Bryan, and Jacob were awesome. They made it super easy and communicated clearly. And Jacob could have trapped me into a service at a higher cost, but instead he educated me on what I was asking for which allowed me to choose a more comfortably priced option.

The service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and quick, and although I don’t remember her name, one of the female staff members went above and beyond to be kind and helpful.

I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube! Jacob, Jeff, and Brian were absolutely outstanding. They were professional, friendly, and made the entire oil change process quick and stress-free. They took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured into anything I didn’t need. It’s hard to find a team that genuinely cares about providing great customer service, and these three definitely do. I left knowing my vehicle was well taken care of and that I was valued as a customer. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube and will definitely be coming back for future service.
