Excellent service.

This is by far the best place I have been to to get my oil changed and at the same time get a state inspection from the second eye came into the parking lot. I was met by three people, wanting to know how they could help me. They pulled my car around for me. They made me feel welcome like I was part of the family And the manager even introduced himself and told me how grateful he was for my business. They did an excellent job with the service and at the same time smiled the whole step of the way although I’m really bad with names I can tell you everyone worked to make sure I Had all my needs met. So all of you who worked on 828 2026 Thank you, thank you thank you and I will be coming back to your store. I’m willing to drive from Little Elm to get Service at your shop. Amazing work guys!

Matt’s crew with Dolph as the state inspector did a tremendous job. Not only were they professional, but they were very helpful with my car needs and pricing.

Needed an Oil Change and saw they weren't busy. Pulled in and 15 minutes later, they are done and I'm on my way! Great service and very professional! I'll be back again!

I was passing thru the area and needed a quick oil change before a small road trip tomorrow. Got top shelf service from a top shelf crew. Courteous, informative and would highly recommend!

Went in for an inspection at the hottest part of the day. Felt bad but was in a rush to get it done. I think the technician's name was Dolfo or Dolfin. Fantastic job explaining everything to me, getting it done quickly and very professional despite being so hot and near closing time for them. Thank you to the guys at Plano Jiffy Lube by the hospital. Will definitely be back.

Getting an oil change service light. They checked the oil and said it was fine. He pulled up a car fax and found out dealership had done an oil change. Stand up guys. Not sure if there was a change in management but my last couple of visits here have been positive.

Paid a reasonable price for rear axle brake pads and rotors. They got the work done in less than 3 hours in heat over 100 degrees. I was updated on the process during the work and the customer service was great overall.

Awesome group of guys. They were very respectful. It was not busy so I was in and out within 20 minutes tops

Thank you matt, manny, and Steve for the best oil change experience I've ever had. You guys were very honest and well-informed the entire time I was there. Matt made sure that I was updated the whole time I was there with constant check-ups when waiting for a part. Will be back and will be referring everyone to this location.

I recently visited this location to have my brakes, rotors, and oil changed. From the moment I pulled in, the staff was very welcoming and greeted me right away. While my car was being serviced, I had time to grab a quick meal and come back, the team kept me updated on the status of my vehicle from start to finish, which I really appreciated. Everyone was professional, friendly, and made the experience stress free. Overall, I was completely satisfied with my visit and would definitely recommend this location to others.

This is my favorite Jiffy Lube location in Plano (Coit). I don’t even live in the area anymore and I still drive to this location. All of my cars have been serviced here.

I had a great experience yesterday thanks to Matt, the Assistant General Manager, and Steve, the mechanic. As a woman who doesn’t know much about cars, I really appreciated how they took the time to explain everything to me in simple terms I could actually understand. They were both very informative, patient, and made sure all of my needs were taken care of. On top of that, they were genuinely kind and their jokes honestly made my day. Outstanding customer service from start to finish — I will definitely be back!

Technician was super professional and friendly.

My headlight cover had become yellow with age and they have a kit that they applied that cleaned it and it looks just great. Good price. Less than half an hour. Highly recommend
