I went for an oil change and inspection. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They explained everything they did clearly.

So, I originally came for state inspection, and it turns out that I needed my brakes done because they showed me by the measurement and in person. By the way front brakes was probably a sheet of paper by the looks of it or less. Thank God I have the money for them for replacing the brakes and rotors. Even though it was not planned to keep my car overnight but, I rather have the right parts to fit and have them done. Then not having it done at all. Overall great team, thank you for the the lady who was there im assuming office mgr, Dak, Gavin, Matt, and Coby.

I have been having them maintain my autos since 2021. They always do a great job.

I came here for an oil change and state inspection, and was pleasantly surprised at how nice the staff was. Especially the manager, Matt. They seem to actually care about their customers and don't try to rip them off by suggesting services that aren't needed. This location is a bit of a drive for me, but I'll be coming back because of the great customer service.

I’ve been to a few different Jiffy Lubes but this one here with the Manager Matt. Awesome service and fast service. I went today for an oil change although the weather has been crappy today these guys still made it happen fast. Thank you. I appreciate Matt also telling me some maintenance tips about my engine and telling me to come back every 2 months to get topped off for my oil and other fluids due to me having a Hyundai. Thank you Matt.

I usually get my oil changed at a place close to my home. I stopped at a different JL location while running errands and was told it would be about a hour wait, but that I should try another location “down the street”. The second Jiffy Lube location was fast and friendly! Colby and Gavin both gave costumer service above and beyond what I expect these days!! I had a 20% off coupon and Gavin said “I’ve got a 30% off for you!” Although this location is not near my home, I will be returning to this location of Jiffy Lube!

I always use this Jiffy Lube in Plano. In and out in less than an hour. Transparent with the services and costs. Would recommend this spot

????? I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube today. Matt and his team were amazing from start to finish. They took the time to really look over my 20-year-old Ford F-150 and clearly explained what it needed now versus what could wait. I really appreciated how transparent and honest they were—no pressure, just helpful guidance. Matt also helped me put together a clear schedule for future maintenance, which gave me a lot of confidence in keeping my truck running strong. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful service. Highly recommend this location and team!

It's the only place in town that accepts old radiator coolant.

Matt was very communicative, explaining everything that was done and needed to be done very clearly. I felt he was very kind, and wanted me to feel taken care of.

I needed a state inspection done and called and was greeted by a Chris, who confirmed their machine was working (which you’d be surprised how often they aren’t) and told me exactly where to park the car for the inspection. Upon giving him my keys he politely showed me to the waiting room from the back entrance and offered me water while I waited. The facility was very clean (they even have a massage chair!) While I waited I observed the Chris was extremely polite working with other customers explaining the challenges and potential issues they were facing and being extremely empathetic to their situation. It was a clear demonstration of professionalism. Austin the manager was the one who actually did my inspection! He was extremely polite and swift in his service (I was out in under 15minutes!). I’d come back here any day of the week.
