The personnel were friendly, engaging and helpful. Now-a- day you can go to a service oriented facility the staff are not so friendly and act as if they don’t want to be there, that was not the case today. Appreciate the personnel and customer service. Thank you!

The gentleman that helped me with my emissions inspection were quick, polite, and very helpful! They even helped me avoid getting wet from the rain when they were done. I’ll absolutely be back!

From start to finish, this Jiffy Lube location provided an outstanding experience servicing my Lexus. The team took the time to clearly explain what was needed without making me feel pressured into unnecessary add-on services. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on taking care of both me and my vehicle. This location is actually out of my way, but after this experience, I won’t be going anywhere else for oil changes or routine maintenance. The extra drive is absolutely worth it because of the level of service and honesty they provide. Thank you to the entire team for making what is usually a chore such a positive experience!

It was the easiest, fastest state inspection I've had. Attendant got me right in. Got car hooked up. I was able to stay in my car. Paid, got the inspection paper work, was told where in the area I could pick up the sticker and I was on my way. I'd previously gotten an oil change there and had a similar positive experience.

I was sent here by Enterprise Plano bc my rental had a maintenance light on. Chris "Hopper" was not only warm and welcoming to me, but he showed the utmost professionalism to me as well as his colleagues. They had their whole system down, calling out and responding to verbal cues. This was the service and professionalism that I did not get from Enterprise (they wouldn't switch out my vehicle to service it and made me take it myself to get serviced), but Jiffy Lube Plano and Hopper made up for that. Awesome teamwork guys (& girl)! Thank you for helping me ????????

I have been using this location for a few years now, I have never had a single problem with them. Very quick, very courteous and they do a good job.

James is always a pleasure to deal with when I come on site. He was funny, assured me the job would be done correctly by him, that he was moving fast and cared bout my experience. I unfortunately didn’t have any cash to tip him this time, but if you see this James, I got you next time brotha! Keep up the good work! I had called the place I purchased my tires as they do free rotations and it was going to take 3+ hours. I’d rather go to this Jiffy Lube, pay the small price after coupons and get it done in under an hour with good customer service. I’ll continue to come back!

I have been going to the Jiffy Lube on West Spring Creek in Plano for years. I would go nowhere else. Service with a smile is an understatement. Me and my car leave happy everytime.

Had a great experience here today! They were very busy when I drove up, but I was still out of there in about 40 minutes after an inspection and oil change! Brooke did a great job collecting all my information, and Gigi helped by explaining costs and going over what I was having done to my car. I had a great experience, and will definitely be back for my next oil change
