Quick and easy

Always honest and good work

Ms. Merlene was great she took of my quick and fast. Most of all she was honest and transparent about what needed to be done. I understand sometimes were as people can accidentally forget where our help comes. It's those with their boots on the ground not the management itself. It reminds me as God said, treat others as you want to be treated.

They got me in an out, just in time for work!

i had a great experience at Jiffy Lube today. they did my inspection then exchanged my brake fluid and coolant for a great price. my dealership was tryna get me to pay >$800 for the same two services HA. I cannot believe i didnt get the name of the woman who took care of me today but she was delightful and patient in answering my questions. Customer service here is always top tier. I just need the oil change to be cheaper and this would be my one stop shop!

The team did a great job with my inspection yesterday and am glad I am a Jiffy Lube customer, but they did not put the rear windshield wiper cover back on correctly.
