I went online, creates an account and downloaded a coupon. The bill was higher than the price quoted, but the cashier adjusted the price down.

Stopped by for a state inspection. They checked over everything, which looked good except for corrosion on my battery, which they took care of. Fast, friendly, and prodessional.

I wasn't aware that there was a price increase but they gave me a discount without my asking. I thought that was nice.

I went for oil change service on my work vehicle in 7/2026. I parked, was immediately greeted by an employee while in my vehicle, and shortly thereafter, Merline came to my vehicle. I HAD NEVER BEEN THERE BEFORE...this SHARP lady knew EVERYTHING about my vehicle and needs that is from Illinois...this lady seeming knows EVERYTHING! I had to tell her nothing. The staff here was excellent and there is no reason to go anywhere else. I will be bringing my personal vehicles to this site, going forward. Thanks!

I do most of the work on my own truck, but when it’s too hot outside or I don’t feel like dealing with draining fluids, I take it to Jiffy Lube. Every time I’ve been here the service has been top notch. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and never makes me feel pressured into buying things I don’t need. Definitely a place I trust.
