BJ and Erin did a fantastic job servicing my car. They did a safety check and called out every step to make sure nothing was missed. BJ even let me know about an awesome promotion on wiperblades! This Jiffy lube location has been awesome every time I come and has done every service since I bought my car.

Absolutely outstanding ! New to Paris, Tx and needed an oil change. The staff members were amazing, Mike, a lady in training, and one other gentleman (I did not catch the name) 10/10 experience, thoroughly explained, and greeted with enthusiasm. Best oil change experience I’ve had !

BJ, Erin, and Big Mike went above and beyond today for me while I had probably one of the worst days in a vehicle I’ve ever had. My car is on its way out unfortunately but today was the only day I genuinely didn’t mind it thanks to the 3 technicians I had the absolute pleasure of working with today. They were bluntly honest about my car’s situation while still working extremely hard to ensure I was able to get the car home and I did. My problems are still stuck in a very old junker car but future business with my next car will be with the 3 technicians I had today if I’m able to snag them again. It’s very hard to find trustworthy mechanics and technicians and even harder to find one you like. I found 3 today. I hope corporate reads this review because I want them to know I came to Jiffy Lube today out of desperation and I’ll be coming back because of their technicians. Whatever they are paid is not enough and even if it is who cares? Pay them more! People show up for a service but come back for the experience. 5 stars all around. And if they leave, I’ll just follow them to the next place that’s lucky enough to have them.

Very professional and courteous team. My company vehicle is leased and has a maintenance program included in the lease. They are not always the easiest to deal with but they have no issues tackling all the hoops the big name leasing company makes you go through to get paid.
