Staff was super friendly and easy to work with. I had no issues during my visit.

I went in for an oil change and Josh and Mike were quick to help with that. They were both great with communicating and Josh even found the leak I was unable to determine the location of. They’re both super friendly and have turned the place around. It’d be a shame to lose either of them ever. I’ll keep coming back as long as they are there!

By far one of my best experiences having an oil change done, great customer service and everything was done quickly and professionally. It feels great that they even go over everything that needs upkeep on your vehicle even if you come in for just an oil change, Will definitely be coming back!

Wow! I love my new one stop shop! They care so much about quality of service and take pride in the care they provide for my vehicle. Wonderful management. I received attention to my brakes. They got me in and out of there within 2 hours which is very efficient for having to fully order and replace two rotors (which I had run into the ground) and they gave me advice for better maintenance in the future. They were also very kind. I couldn’t be happier.

Erin and Mike were amazing!! Erin is so sweet and was teaching me about my car along the way! She is truly an incredible employee! There was an issue with my car and the manager Mike came all the way up to help out!! Everyone here was so wonderful, and I will definitely be back!

Passing thru on my way to Oklahoma and needed a oil change stopped in and Josh and Mike helped me get it done they were quick and professional about it will be stopping in here again!

Will recommend anyone to go here for any oil change needs or anything as a check up on your vehicle Mike and Josh were a huge help! They helped me get the oil changed and the air filter serviced for my trip I’m making to Michigan they also did all the services needed they went above and beyond will recommend this place to others when you go in ask for Mike or Josh and they will take care of you like you’re family!

Excellent customer service. I asked them to check on a vibrating noise and they changed 2 of my u joints. Mike brought in the old u joints and showed me why they were worn out due to normal wear and tear at 198,000 miles. The truck drives excellent now! Great team working at this location

Everyone worked well as a team to give us the service we needed for our JEEP. We especially appreciated the friendly communication, high energy and eagerness of Vana as she attended to us from the time we arrived and during our oil change. She kindly offered us cold water a few times even though we had drinks leftover from our lunch. I love that she loved her job! More people need to be this way! ????????????

Went there this morning and what can I say other than Amazing and friendly service with the bonus of having affordable prices and once you set up an account with them you can go to any jiffylube anywhere and they have all the information from each time you have used them so no hassle on figuring out where to get your next oil change and full car inspection for those long road trips or even those busy work weeks

Mr Billy Lloyd did an amazing job offering excellent customer service whilst being professional funny and helpful. He was very polite towards myself and his fellow employees. Would recommend everyone to ask for Billy.

BJ and Erin did a fantastic job servicing my car. They did a safety check and called out every step to make sure nothing was missed. BJ even let me know about an awesome promotion on wiperblades! This Jiffy lube location has been awesome every time I come and has done every service since I bought my car.

Absolutely outstanding ! New to Paris, Tx and needed an oil change. The staff members were amazing, Mike, a lady in training, and one other gentleman (I did not catch the name) 10/10 experience, thoroughly explained, and greeted with enthusiasm. Best oil change experience I’ve had !
