I brought my Chevy Malibu in for a routine oil change at the Gulfton location, and shortly after leaving discovered that my windshield washer fluid system was no longer working because the washer tube had become disconnected or damaged. I returned within 15 minutes, but instead of addressing the issue, staff immediately attempted to blame the age of the vehicle, heat, or normal use while claiming they “didn’t tamper with it.” During the visit, technicians had also attempted to replace my front left headlamp and were working directly in the wheel well and fender area where Chevrolet’s repair instructions show the washer tube is located. Since the system worked perfectly before service and their technician was working in the exact area of the damaged component, it is reasonable to conclude the tube was accidentally damaged during the attempted repair. Rather than taking accountability or working toward a resolution, I was initially left with a broken part, no clear answer, and no timeline for their supposed “investigation.” I then contacted Jiffy Lube corporate directly by email regarding the situation. The response I received was that because the location is “franchised,” the matter would simply be referred back to the franchise owner. That response was extremely disappointing. To customers, the company is Jiffy Lube — that is the name on the building, the branding being advertised, and the reputation customers are expected to trust. It feels like the company wants the benefits of the Jiffy Lube brand name while distancing itself from accountability when legitimate customer issues arise. To their credit, I was contacted the following day by the district manager, Lionel, and instructed to visit the S. Kirkwood location. Sarah, the manager there, immediately stepped in to help. After inspecting the issue for less than two minutes, she assured me they would document the damage, determine what was needed, and order the necessary part. About 10 minutes later, she returned and let me know everything was being handled and that she would contact me once the part arrived. What stands out most is that the S. Kirkwood location had absolutely nothing to do with the original issue. They had not made a single cent from me, yet they still took ownership of a situation another location either could not or would not properly handle. That level of professionalism and customer service deserves recognition. The S. Kirkwood location earns 5 stars from me, while the Gulfton location will remain at 1 star — and honestly deserves less. Sarah should be commended and used as an example of how customer service in situations like this should be handled. To the district manager, Lionel: thank you as well for handling this as promptly and professionally as you did. You and Sarah are both a credit to Jiffy Lube. Thank you, Sarah and Lionel.

Went in for routine state inspection. Was assisted from the very beginning. The attendant was very kind and helpful. Service was fast...in and out in less than 30 minutes as promised!! Awesome job!

Hello! Went in to this location to get a State Inspection so that we could register our truck. The staff was younger but respectful and had a good attitudes. The test was around $20 and it initially failed. One of the mechanics made a suggestion which worked, and we were able to come back and perform the test again for Free! Some other highlights include the work bay being visible from the waiting room, free water and coffee, and the bathroom was very clean and smelled nice. I gave them a four out of five stars only because some of the other services are kind of expensive. Besides that if you are going for your state inspection I highly recommend.

this might be corny but it’s really a wonderful and well trained group of people working here. my dad recently died, i’ve been trying to get my little sister’s car ready for her to drive and it’s been a struggle. i’m a young woman with no car knowledge so i worried i would get scammed or walked over going and getting something small like an oil change. every single guy i interacted with was kind, helpful and not pushy even without me telling them about my whole situation. it was so appreciated and was a huge relief. thank you so much

First time there, went for an inspection and I had other questions. Their service was great from beginning to end. Starting with my arrival, when he opened all doors for me and walked me to the lobby and was offered water bottle until once again they opened doors as I was leaving. All my questions were answered. Nice people, very polite and attentive.

Fast and efficient. I appreciated being welcomed and appreciated as a customer. Will happily return in 5,000 miles.

The staff was so friendly and personable. I went in for an oil change and was told a few additional things my car could use but wasn’t upsold or pressured to add them. Everyone who spoke to me was in a great mood and made the experience pleasant.

This place by far has some of the best people even though it's just Jiffy Lube it's a lot more than that. They sacrificed more than they had to when it came to my lug nuts snapping off and then three more snapped off and then I had to buy studs which they had to hit through with every material they had which I told one person to lube them up but it's all good they did it they made it work they went above and beyond! everything is all good and they made it work one way or another they made it work they didn't give up they fought the fight and went above and beyond and God bless them! I wish I knew their names the other names I have on the itinerary that I got and I'm not sure if those are the managers but one of them was a worker the other one might be a manager but I do have Sarah Luke and Brian and Brian I believe is the one was one of them. They know what they're doing when it comes to cars trust me they know exactly what they're doing when they drove off there was some noise coming from that tire they turned around came back fixed it but then probably not even 2 minutes they knew exactly what was wrong and they fixed it so yeah I highly recommend this place regardless a prices and whatever it is they did not have to do what they did because it's not even in their system they did it because they saw me and desperate situation and they worked with me the price was unbeatable but like I said they help me out I couldn't ask for any better people to work on my vehicle than those two they were awesome and like I said they went above and beyond they didn't have to do that they probably they actually told me we didn't think we were going to get it done but they did once I told him to lube it up but that doesn't matter they still literally busted their a$5

The price was good, service was good, I just didn't like the fact the technician got in my vehicle and drove it with out putting a protective garment over my seat. He just done my brakes and was laying on the floor.

This is my go-to location for oil changes and inspections. The staff is always friendly, and the lobby waiting area is clean (my favorite part!).

I was in need of a oil change wanted to go to Walmart because I drove from Detroit and needed to grab some extra stuff but the line for oil change was too long ,so we went to jiffy lube for the trusted name and it was no disappointment at all we was in and out fast and Markiese made me and my family feel at home and was able to get more enjoyment here in Texas because of the fast professional service!!!

12110 S Kirkwood Rd Meadows Place, TX 77477 is the best location by far. The tire light would never go off but this location did and explained to me options and what my next move would be. From the management team to the techs and the great customer service the whole crew has. I have been to this location 4 times now between me and my partner and my little Yorkie.
