I drove out of my way to go to this office. The last time I went in it was an all female crew. They’re incredible this time. It was all Mail crew and they met me with the cold water quick service the cleaning environment. I’m just really nice customer service.

Great service on my inspection

The manager at this location, I believe her name is Leslie made a great impression on me. She’s honest, thorough, approachable, and someone I feel comfortable trusting. I told her during my visit that I would be sending my daughter here from now on. As a father, knowing my daughter can go somewhere and be treated fairly without being pressured or taken advantage of means a lot. Her team seems to respect her, which speaks well of her leadership. She comes across as someone who cares about her customers and takes pride in running a good location. She’s earned my trust and my future business! Actually, the whole team was great!

The team at Jiffy Lube saved me and my car (2007 Honda Fit) I was driving down Hwy 75 taking care of a delivery, when my car started smoking really bad. I Stopped at the Quick trip on 280 and oil poured from my car. I ran in an purchased 4quarts of oil and put in my car to save the motorr. I then searched for a oil change location near by. Jiffy Lube was 4 minutes away. So I prayed hoping to make it to Jiffy Lube. When I arrived, I was met by Cameron and Bradley and I explained my issue. They said no worries ma'am we will be happy to check it out for you. Cameron took me to the lobby and offer me water. They then pulled my car and checked it out. After a careful diagnoses they Found out my pressure oil sensor has gone out. They changed out the oil pressure sensor and my car was saved. Cameron, Chris, and Bradley took great care of me and my car. I can't express how well I was treated and how well they took care in finding a solution and helping repair the issue. Theses young men and thier manager are great. I would recommend everyone get your services from this Jiffy Lube location in McKinney Cameron Chris and Bradley....thank you will never be enough, I am greatful, thankful amd i really appreciate you all. I received my state car inspection here. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were able to get the job done quickly as I was in a time crunch. They were very respectful and kind. I will likely start going to them for my routine car maintenance. I recommend.

Took two vehicles in for emissions testing on a Monday afternoon. Was greeted promptly, and told where to move our vehicles in order to start the process. The entire process for both vehicles took less than 30 minutes and everyone was both friendly and professional.
