He was patient, friendly, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt pressured, and he made sure I knew exactly what my vehicle needed. It’s hard to find service like this these days, and Joe went above and beyond to make the experience a positive one. Great service, very accommodating. I came after working the night shift. It took longer than expected but Joe gave me a ride home and picked me up so I could rest. He also gave me extra discounts for the delay.

Mr. Hernandez is an Amazing Man. Treats you like a 5 Star Host at a 5 Star Restaurant. I love how he explains details of the smallest of issues to the biggest problem with such great Honesty !! I am excited to take our work vehicles and my personal vehicles there.

I had originally taken my car to my regular place to get an oil change but learned prices had gone up, yet again, and would've had me waiting 2 hours, so I decided to look around. Jiffy Lube was a bit farther away from my home but worth it. Their staff was friendly, fast and they kept me well informed. They checked all filters (brought them in to show me) and fluids, gave me options and prices and were honest and offered a discount right off the bat. I was out of there in about 15 minutes and that included them collecting my information and paying.

Came in for a quick oil change. Professionalism and courtesy from Rivera were both top notch. Excellent experience.
