Assistant Manager Michael was amazing! While our car was being serviced, he gave us round-trip ride so we didn’t have to wait at the shop, and we truly appreciated it. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make the whole experience easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find. Excellent service 10/10. Eric went out of his way to help me find a great coupon to cover some of the cost of my oil change, that’s rare now a days to have someone want to save you money at their business, that’s real and I respect that he did that for me. Also Michael gave me great customer service, he efficiently and effectively communicated the diagnosis / condition of my car electronically in store and didn’t try to pressure me into purchasing anything additional or shove anything down my throat , it felt up to me and I appreciate those business practices. Importantly had a positive attitude and charisma the whole time that reflected onto me and made my day better. I brought my 2014 Chevrolet Camaro 2SS into for a full synthetic oil change, with waiting behind 2 cars the whole process took like 30-40 minutes. They offered for me to come inside or stay in car and let me know they had cold waters in the fridge if I wanted one. I trust these guys and I know they’ll take care of me again. It’s hard to find a reputable place where you feel confident in the business but this place made me feel welcome. Highly recommend

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. From the moment I arrived, Julio greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. The manager, Marcus, took the time to explain what they found during the inspection and provided recommendations without making me feel pressured. James made sure I understood the condition of my oil and fluid levels, and Vern carefully reviewed everything with me in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated that the team took the time to answer my questions and ensure I was informed about my vehicle's needs. I'm glad I found this location and a team of caring automotive specialists who genuinely focus on customer service and education. Thank you all for making my oil change and cabin air filter replacement such a positive experience .Highly recommend!

Jiffy lube has hands down always been my go to place to receive any kind of work done on my car. You’re always greeted with caring employees who care for their customers cars like they’re fixing their own. They give the best prices for any kind of work they need to do on the vehicles and are completely transparent, which goes a long way in making sure the customer is satisfied and understands what is being done. Overall, with their amazing customer service, great prices, and quick in and out services; I highly recommend this place to anyone who’s in need of any service done to their vehicle!

I came here to get a state inspection and had the pleasure of having Michael service my car. Michael was extremely quick thorough and he even had a recommendation to change my air filter that blows on the engine that has not been changed in a minute and he gave me reasonable pricing. Michael additionally went above and beyond to see if this location had my oil and explained that the oil came straight from Germany for my car. I appreciate his patience and kindness!

I’ve been taking my Toyota Yaris 2009 here for a while. The staff is amiable and knowledgeable. Shout out to Michael, Matthew, Jordan and Tyler for always helping me out with my vehicle.

I like coming here because they do tire rotations in addition to oil changes. The waiting room, and bathroom, is nice and clean.
