I wish I got the guy’s name that assisted me. I had just left another shop in the area that couldn’t assist because they didn’t have the supplies needed for a Mercedes oil change. An employee greeted me with a smile and was kind. They were quick and efficient! Thank you for your services.

Conveniently located in the middle of Mansfield's retail hub. Easy to spot and to pull into the parking lot. The whole team operates with military-like efficiency while still taking time to provide helpful and highly personable customer assistance, answering all questions with honesty and intelligence. My Oil Change only took a few minutes. At my visit today, Casey, Lucas, Guadalupe, and especially Caiden were absolute rockstars! The Premium Velocity Auto team just earned yet another loyal customer!

I had gotten my inspection done this morning and Lupe was so sweet and helpful with my services. It only took 20 minutes & the cost was very reasonable. I'll definitely be back!

Very nice staff. They show you costs up front and make you feel comfortable. I usually hate going to get my oil changed because I always felt places were trying to upcharge me or was surprised by hidden costs at check out. I told them I wasn't a fan of getting my oil changed and they walked me through the whole process.
