He went out of his way as he was closing to help me by putting air in my tire and stopping to give me advice about getting some new ones. He was excited to help! Ill be back! I went today and everyone that helped me were very kind and did not try to upsell me anything. As a lady, I hate to get my oil changed but they were very polite it made the experience pleasant. I also received a free car wash.

Very fast. Deducted one star because the girl who checked me in kept saying I needed an oil change but I had only driven 1000 miles since they changed it. This was for a state inspection on a 2 year old car. Math not her strength.

My car broke down in traffic in a busy intersection/turning lane, and I was a completely overwhelmed, scared, crying mess. Two of the amazing employees without missing a beat or being asked jump up to come push my car out of traffic (In this awful heat and risking their own safety) and then taking extra time to explain everything that happened and why my car messed up how they were gonna fix it (to a very overly emotional, sobbing scared mess of a human). They were patient, kind, and genuinely caring. In a world that often feels too busy to notice, this was a reminder that real empathy still exists. Thank you for turning a stressful moment into one I’ll never forget. If you need car service, go here—for the service and the humanity. A very special thank you to the entire team (Justin , Jonathan, Virgil, Richard, and Murphy)! Y’all really were my heroes today!

The guys here always so kind and courteous. They’re a little bit out of my way, but I know I’ll be treated with respect and great service, so I’m happy to go a little bit out of my way to support them. I came today to get my emissions tested for my state registration. I was in and out in a flash.

My oil change took less than 30 mins (even on a Saturday morning with two cars ahead of me). We just moved here from out-of-state, and the manager was super accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend this location!

READ to the bottom First Oil change since I have gotten my 2007 Tacoma (bought it used at 100K miles). So I didn't know what to expect on it.... Everything checked out good on it, they asked before they did anything mechanical. Vacuumed out the inside Cleaned the windows Changed the oil and oil filter Added some coolant Added wiper fluid Power Steering fluid xchange and a few other tid bits. I will be going back! They were quick, helpful and even gave a free car wash at BayBright! I didn't have to wait around and they knew how to drive a Manual Transmission. 6/18/15: I was curios to see if they did the cabin filter..... The paperwork said they checked (OK was next to it) it but I did not believe that when I popped the glove box off.... First a biker bar koozi popped out (Never have seen it in my life) then when I got to the actual air filter door I opened it up. Leafs came out, Leafs! The filter was nasty (ICKY).... I am the only one in that uses my Tacoma (remember I bought it at 100K miles in 2015). I think I will do my own Oil changes from now on unless I am crunched on time. Jiffy lube # 1895, not sure if I will be coming back.... The guy that helped me out was extremely nice so hopefully this was just a mistake.
