Auto inspection. Everyone was super nice and friendly! Took only 20 min. Yay!

They are very good at what they do. They focus on performance in their core competency and succeed. Many try to expand, but they fail in the attempt. If you need an oil change, go here, if you need repairs go to an auto repair shop. When you go to get repairs at an automotive shop the will always try to upsell you "..we noticed that you need an oil change...". jiffylube does oil changes and they do it well. They also check and top off fluids. The only thing that I have that keeps them from being a 10 is that they put a sticker on the inside of your windshield that wants you to change your oil every 6,000 miles. They need to catch up with the time, most vehicles and engine oils are now viable for up to 10,000 miles. If you go through your onboard system you can lock this down yourself. Then take your vehicle to jiffy lube

The service manager is a great as are the "pit crew". They manage each customer's needs well and are efficient. It is where I go everytime!

I think this is a less frequented Jiffy Lube by people on 620. Not very crowded and I think they're only a couple people working. There was one person in front of me. They got it done very quickly. It got right on mine and it was done and I'm very reasonable by the time. Plus the staff is very nice.

????? Outstanding Service and Attention to Detail I came in for a routine oil change and left extremely impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of the team. The Team Lead, Latroy B., went above and beyond by identifying loose driveshaft bolts that had apparently worked loose on a previously replaced driveshaft. This was a potentially dangerous issue that could have created a serious safety concern while driving. I greatly appreciate him taking the time to inspect the vehicle carefully and bring it to my attention. The rest of the team was equally attentive and noticed that my vehicle was losing coolant. They topped off the coolant and made sure I was aware of the issue so I could have it addressed before it became a larger problem. It's rare to find a service team that looks beyond the basic oil change and genuinely cares about the condition and safety of your vehicle. Latroy B. and the entire crew demonstrated professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail throughout my visit. Thank you for the excellent service. This is my favorite Jiffy Lube in the Austin area. Latroy and his team replaced my brakes, rotors, and performed the oil change quickly and efficiently. Their customer service skills are unmatched- friendly and easy to talk to. Not pushy with unnecessary services. I will always come back here!

These guys where awesome. I went in because my brand new 2023 Koa was leaking oil and my panel underneath was hanging off. I had just gotten a an oil change less than a week ago. The found the problem immediately and it was my drain plug was loose and my screws that held the plate where missing and they replaced with little clips that did not hold my plate underneath my SUV. Jiffy Lube staff fixed my car and the plate underneath and tapped off my oil in less than 15mins. They were so nice and reassuring. I'm back rolling and feeling secure. Thanks Jiffy Lube :)

At the Lakeway location, Sharon and Cary are GREAT! Sharon is truly passionate about her job. She really cares and follows through. The BEST!
