I came in this morning for an inspection and they gave me the works as a courtesy, the young lady that helped me was awesome!! She was very confident and knowledgeable about everything and explained everything to me very well!! Thank you so much!!!

You know this location cares about its customers the water they offer you is Crystal Geyser Natural spring water which is one of the best waters for you to drink. I came in for an oil change and miss terri and miss kelsey got me in and out and on my way in no time I will definitely be back for their customer service and professional takes on the care of my vehicle . Thank you jiffy lube of lake Jackson! The best one I’ve been too!!

Great customer service and fast!

Today I had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube. I was quite impressed with the customer service of the staff One in particular, Miss Terri She offered me a bottle of water and a magazine to read while I waited. I didn’t even get through one article by the time my vehicle was done. It was the fastest oil change. I’ve had in a long time. Definitely will be back for my next. This place is filled with professionals Feels good to trust a company with my most prized possession my car.

Great service, informative, helpful, and easy The white lady w/ long blonde hair, tattoos, definitely top tier employee, she informed me of everything that needed replacing or soon to be, easy to talk to, friendly but firm, even offered discount (even after saying no) Nothing stopped her flow, if she’s not team leader now, needs to be next in line 2011 Chevy Silverado (silver) for a oil change

Very friendly and quick service

Today I got an oil change and needed my cabin air filter changed. David at Jiffy lube assisted me today and when it came to change the air filter out he was having a hard time getting it out due to it being jammed in there. Instead of giving up, he took his time and did what he had to, to get it out and change it for me. I would just like to say that I really appreciate you taking the time and working hard to change it for me. When you could have just given up. This showed great customer service and we need more people like David!
