Exceptional service!

They were super nice and I was out quickly. Brittney checked me in and was so sweet and explained how everything worked since this is the first time I have been there. Williams J explained everything to me that required attention and the cost of everything before they did anything to my car. I will definitely be back for my next oil change!

They were very kind and informative during my entire time there. Very appreciative. Would highly recommend them.

Second time here and we will continue coming back they have excellent customer service plus they were quick, thorough and efficient!

Fast service, nice employees!

Great customer service makes all the difference. I could probably find a cheaper oil change, but I never feel like an inconvenience, and they even remember me from previous visits. I teach, and I can't even remember students' names after seeing them everyday for months. These guys remember me from 3 or 4 months ago. You can't beat that.

Technicians looked over the whole truck and make recommendations for the future but definitely don’t push anything. They found a tire that was wearing unevenly. Will in Kaufman is awesome!

Awesome service

Wonderful experience! Fantastic service by a professional team. An oil change isn’t just change the oil and filter here. It is checking ALL fluid levels, tire pressures, filters and more. It is the kind of “full service” auto care I didn’t think still existed, but it does! As long as I own a car, I will take it to Jiffy Lube.
