I went in for a state inspection of my car. The service was FAST. The lady who helped me made the entire process seamless. I should have noted her name but I didn’t. I should have taken a picture but I didn’t.

I came to Jiffy Lube to get my inspection done. I was greeted quickly. The technician asked for my key and insurance and asked me to wait in the lobby. He graciously said I’ll get the door for you! I was impressed with his professionalism and thoughtfulness. The service was quick and thorough. Way to go customer service team!!

So easy to deal with and having a diesel engine isn’t easy to find place who stick everything but they do here.
