I came to Jiffy Lube to get my inspection done. I was greeted quickly. The technician asked for my key and insurance and asked me to wait in the lobby. He graciously said I’ll get the door for you! I was impressed with his professionalism and thoughtfulness. The service was quick and thorough. Way to go customer service team!!

So easy to deal with and having a diesel engine isn’t easy to find place who stick everything but they do here.

Went in today to get an inspection and oil change. I was greeted with kind words and a smile. The young lady told me how many cars were ahead of me and still got me finished and on the road ahead of time. What impressed me most was that the shop and waiting area was clean and the employees there were all happy and respectful. Such a great combination for loyal clients like me!
