Great customer service and professionalism.

I stopped by for a state inspection and was very impressed. The staff greeted me immediately, the technician explained everything they checked, and the whole visit took about 10–15 minutes. Friendly, professional, and fair-priced — I’ll bring my car back for future service.

I have been doing oil change in this place for a couple of years now. But under this new management it’s been one of the best experiences!. The new manager is very polite and knowledgeable, also willing to help if budget was not enough for the estimate. I even did see the manager offering a car ride to the a customer’s home whose work would take more than expected and that customer would walk home.

Kym was very nice to me when I arrived. The construction threw me off and I came in the parking lot kinda weird. Lol. She asked me what I needed and helped me right away. No wait. Mr. Patrick came by and showed me my filter and educated me on what to look for in the future. Told me my wipers were too big for my car that auto zone installed and what my car needed and when. They were all veryyyyy thorough even the gentleman that took my glove box off to check something. This was my first visit and I will never go to another location. Great customer service is hard to find especially being new here. I would recommend this location for anything they offer simply because you’ll be treated like a normal person while getting your car repaired. The best car service I have had in a long time. Nothing was forced on me to buy. Nothing was majorly exaggerated to scare me into a service. Enjoy the photo of my not happy to be moving in Texas heat face.
