Was there for a state inspection. In and out pretty quickly, they have a nice space inside and have free WiFi. Definitely will be back for other things.

Went in for an oil change & inspection. Technicians were courteous & not pushy when suggesting other options for my car. I also used a coupon which saved me over $30.

I went to the Jiffy Lube on West Lake Houston Parkway at Beltway 8, near HEB and Home Depot. Been living before this Jiffy Lupe was built. It was my first time visiting. It will not be my last. I was greeted in the parking lot a by gentleman whose name I did not get, but it was his birthday. Octavia handled my car. First class all the way. Waiting area super clean! Cold beverage complimentary Short wait time, even with people before me. Octavia handled my car professionally. Not a lot over sell mumbo jumbo. And yes, I was in and out in a Jiffy… I’ll be back. It’ll be the first place I go when I need service now. In the waiting area, they are now advertising that they do tires. Interesting. Oh, and the price was right…

Always helpful friendly and so polite

Customer service was great. The gentleman are very knowledgeable and professional. I understand we as consumers have to pay for service, but jiffy lube is totally outrageous with their prices. Great customer service, but I can not return for service too expensive.
