Jiffy Lube #3309 has an awesome team! I stopped by for an oil change and upon inspection they discovered that the wrong part was used at my oil change (at another Jiffy Lube location). And this would have required an extra cost to replace the oil pan. The team led by GM Haven, investigated further and came up with a plan of action that would not require the extra cost for the oil pan replacement. Lead Costly and Mechanic Devonte were also really helpful in seeing to a good solution to this problem. Thank you, Jiffy Lube #3309.

Good customer service

Top notch service for real! I don't trust many people with my car but they were so organized and so clear with their actions and they communicated so well with me and with each other and it's obvious that accountability is key. I definitely feel good about the service I received and would return.

Keeping an older vehicle on the road can definitely be a challenge, but every time I visit the Jiffy Lube on Hillcroft, I'm reminded that great customer service still exists. I brought in my 2007 Chevy HHR for an oil change, air & cabin filter replacement and was also advised that my air intake hose needed to be replaced. I appreciated the honest recommendation, and I had no problem purchasing the part because it was something that genuinely needed attention. During my visit, I also had a brake fluid service performed, my headlights restored, and the team even took the time to neatly readjust my license plate. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The staff was efficient, communicative, courteous and professional. I was even able to use my government employee discount, and my entire visit was completed in less than an hour. In today's economy, it's refreshing to find a team that's honest, transparent and genuinely committed to taking care of its customers. Thank you to everyone at the Hillcroft location for consistently providing excellent service. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality automotive care.
